Roman Reigns is not as defined as I thought he would be. I mean, the guy has been battling leukemia. Still a huge dude. Glad he's doing well.

The Rock is also a freak of nature that has made the biggest career in Hollywood largely because of image, so it's his job to defy all preconceptions of what is humanly possible.

He looked great in the past, but that was years ago. Court Bauer, who is pretty close to the Samoans always said that there's "a reason he wears the vest," and basically alluded to him perhaps not being as chiseled as a Greek god anymore.

Leukemia no doubt doesn't fucking help. Without trying to be an ass, beating the disease may not be his only obstacle to getting back into Roman Reigns form. He's not a dude in his 20s anymore. The body begins to slow down in certain ways. I mean, there are always genetic freaks and exceptions to the rule, but it could be a lot harder for him to get back into freak athletic shape.

How many Samoans remain ripped as they age? It's in their genes, and no matter how hard you work, its hard to beat genetics....

Do the Samoans remained "ripped?" I mean, they remain strong as fuck, no doubt, but they aren't exactly known for their chiseled physiques. Unless you're The Rock. Which is why I am a little worried about Roman. Obviously a happy and healthy life are most important at the moment though. Worry about how he looks shirtless when you get to that.

Samoans are not usually ripped at all. You can talk about The Rock, but he is only half Samoan. He is far more likely jacked from his dad's genetics, as Rocky Johnson was always jacked.

Jimmy Snuka was jacked too, but he was actually Fijian, not Samoan.

The Usos have some tone, but certainly not jacked, Roman has a similar body type to them, but he is just bigger in general, so toned up he looks more ripped then they would.

The Usos have also had to work really hard to get into their shape. I can imagine that if they weren’t on the road and working so hard, it might be harder to keep in that awesome shape.
