Season 2 was a cash in. Didnt have a story to tell. I hope this is different

Seanny One Ball 08-27-2018 06:45 AM

It's a decent season and I think unfairly viewed by people that expected more of the same. I enjoyed it a lot. It kick started the resurrection of Vince Vaughn.

Destor 08-27-2018 08:20 AM

It aimlessly meanders for 10 hours into a reveal that isnt rewarding. More of the same wasnt required, it just needed to be compelling.

Seanny One Ball 08-27-2018 09:07 AM

Rick Springfield though

slik 08-27-2018 11:40 AM

I actually liked season 2 but I know most people hated it.

Loose Cannon 08-27-2018 01:58 PM

i didn't watch season 2 as most people said it was terrible. so i just figured it's going to be one of those shows that I'll remember as a 10-12 episode movie and be done with it. i'll see what people say about this one

RP 08-27-2018 06:48 PM

Season 2 was terrible. They guy as the lead for season 3 ( i cant remember his man ) is flat out amazing in just about everything he does.

Sixx 08-28-2018 07:39 AM

Only good thing about Season 2 was Alexandra Daddario. Well, her tits.

Destor 08-28-2018 09:31 AM

they were nice

slik 01-13-2019 11:45 PM

Just watched the first ep of the new season. Good opening credits, as always.
Mahershala Ali is already giving a great performance.

This feels like the first season. The whole first episode has such a sinister aura to it.

slik 01-14-2019 01:09 AM

Annnnnd episode 2 is done and I am hooked. Woah.

That was in season one.

Shit, really?

Then there was nothing good about Season 2.

Seanny One Ball 01-14-2019 07:34 PM

It could have done without Taylor Kitsch and they should have cast someone more realistic than Rachel McAdams as a cop. She's supposed to be this assertive beauty in a physically demanding job but she just looks like some tiny housewife in some black combat gear.

Colin Farrel and Vince Vaughn were good though.

Sixx 01-14-2019 07:37 PM

I have to disagree here.

Maybe Vaughn's acting was good, don't really remember, but whoever cast Vaughn as a scary criminal needs to be banned from Hollywood.

Sixx 01-14-2019 07:51 PM

Think I'll rewatch season one.

Except that piratebay is down and my site for watching online changed and now you can't watch for free at all.

Probably not a Steve Zahler fan...

slik 01-15-2019 01:18 PM

Stephen Dorff seems like he will be really good this season

Ep 3 was good, hints of time being a flat circle again...

slik 01-21-2019 02:44 AM

This season is pervasively creepy thus far.

There's some bad things happening out in those Ozarks.

Sixx 02-03-2019 02:56 PM

Dorff looks goofy as fuck in this.

slik 02-03-2019 02:59 PM

He's fucking great so far

Five eps in and this is really good

Oh, I'm not denying that. Love Dorff.

Just looks goofy.

Sixx 02-03-2019 07:22 PM

Not sure if on par with season 1 yet, but this season is so, so much better than the 2nd one.

This black guy is an amazing actor.

slik 02-11-2019 02:34 AM

Episode six was just incredible. The acting this year is masterful. Some of the best I've seen on TV in a while.

Two eps left and things are starting to be figured out, and, of course it's something chilling.

weather vane 02-11-2019 08:02 AM

This show is honestly the best ever. Fuck.

slik 02-18-2019 01:45 AM

One of the best episodes of the series tonight. Wow.

Can't believe only one ep left.

slik 02-25-2019 03:04 AM

I loved the finale. We found out all the answers to the Purcell case. The only thing I wished we found out (that we didn't) was:

SPOILER: show

What happened to Amelia? Is she dead?

Love these points on Twitter about the finale

On more nice touch

SPOILER: show

The first time we see Roland he is thinking about shooting a fox, the finale ends with Roland being saved by a dog/becoming a dog person

SPOILER: show
Reddit has people saying that at some point it was mentioned Amelia died of cancer but I have no recollection of it so I dont know. She definitely was alive later in the timeline as she went back to teach at Arkansas where she graduated from.

Droford 02-25-2019 12:21 PM

I did find this

slik 02-25-2019 01:14 PM

TY for posting that Droford, HBO should have kept those scenes in

Droford 02-25-2019 01:28 PM

It went 75 min as it was

Triple A 03-17-2019 10:44 PM

Just finished watching, really good...

Triple A 03-17-2019 10:46 PM

Cheers @ Droford

That one lil dog that he was feeding as an old man was so cute........ felt like crying

Droford 03-17-2019 11:40 PM

the finale was disappointing for what the payoff was, just like the first season

Seanny One Ball 03-18-2019 05:23 PM

How was the first season finale disappointing in any way whatsoever?
I'm curious because that was perfect TV by most people's standards.
