I rewatched the trailer...that thing grabs for outdated ^ above^ but the toy's cardboard box still looks like it already wore that 80's crap.

The creator and Brad are really Friends to the End so I imagine Brad's daughter will return in the series after how Cult left off.

Read on Rotten Tomatoes that the doll and its programming do in fact become sentient, and that's where the terror starts.

Fucking lame. Maybe it's good and I go see it, but that's a shitty change that I think was essential to the character.

Again: The canon Chucky is getting his own show. Continues the one true timeline. It doesn't matter what this movie changes.

puppets are completely different looking for the most part. Toulon is an evil nazi instead of a good guy. It's not bad.. Doesn't compare to the first 5 PM movies but better than anything after.
