Very glad I watched this episode tonight.

Shadow 04-01-2014 09:14 PM

HOLY SHIT!

Kalyx triaD 04-01-2014 09:24 PM

SPOILER: show
DEPARTMENT H
AGENT HAND
SHOOTING PRISONERS
DEATHLOCK FACE
OMG

Lock Jaw 04-01-2014 11:43 PM

This was probably the first ep of the series that had me "on the edge of my seat".

Asmo 04-02-2014 04:50 AM

How much of this ties in to CA:TWS?
And yeah, how many here buy in to The Clairvoyant being who they think / the series is making us think it is?

As a side quip, damn, i enjoy Agent Garrett.

Kalyx triaD 04-02-2014 09:03 AM

We now know why Stillwell will be on the ship in the movie, Simmons mentioned a commotion at the Hub, Coulson will not be meeting Fury.

DaveBrawl 04-02-2014 09:33 AM

SPOILER: show
Was really glad to see them use Deathlok's comic face for once, even if it was just briefly, that had been bothering me for a while.

Also Department H.

Forgot it was back but watched it on DVR. Great episode.

SPOILER: show

i knew that bitch Hand was evil.
Hell yeah Souter from Star Trek Voyager/Grima Wormtounge from LOTR.

JimmyMess 04-02-2014 07:28 PM

- I can definitely see Bill Paxton's character appearing in one of the feature films.
- I've seen Cap 2, and I am definitely looking forward to next weeks show.

Corporate CockSnogger 04-02-2014 07:40 PM

That was pretty sweet. I like that they've got a few balls in the air right now. Really looking forward to see how the events of Cap 2 affect the rest of this series and it could be for the best. There's still some obvious issues with some of the dialogue, characters and acting, but the storytelling as of late has been very good.

Shadow 04-08-2014 09:17 PM

Well that was a twist.

parkmania 04-09-2014 08:26 AM

SPOILER: show
HAIL HYDRA!

and any chance that Ward is actually still a good guy and is infiltrating HYDRA on SHIELD's behalf?

DaveBrawl 04-09-2014 10:01 AM

I lost track somewhere along the line,

SPOILER: show
was Hand supposed to be Hydra or not? Or was leaving it up in the air intentional?

SPOILER: show
No Hand was not supposed to be HYDRA at all. In fact, she seemed to have figured out HYDRA was in SHIELD a looooooong time before Fury was even aware of it. And now she's dead. OR IS SHE!?

DaveBrawl 04-09-2014 11:12 AM

Gracias.

I think she is. Pool of blood. Unless of course, she somehow reaches T.A.H.I.T.I. as well. Or, Ward used Night-Night guns with fake blood dispensers.

JimmyMess 04-09-2014 05:06 PM

well that was unexpected.

Corporate CockSnogger 04-09-2014 05:46 PM

I def think there's something more to Ward. Dot thin

Or she's using an LMD.

Corporate CockSnogger 04-09-2014 05:49 PM

I def think there's more to Ward than what we saw. Don't think its as simple as him being Hydra. Seems too straightforward. I'd probably prefer it if it was the case rather than Ward being a triple agent, too many twists can spoil the broth.

Shows really gaining steam now and can only get better now they're actually underdogs and not a faction of a massively powerful government agency that we're supposed to believe are underdogs.

Corporate CockSnogger 04-09-2014 06:17 PM

Only just read that Amy Acker has been cast to play the cellist that was Coulson's love interest as mentioned in Avengers. That's at least myself and El Vaq whose interest in the show has just increased tenfold.

Ruien 04-09-2014 06:20 PM

Seems to weird that Agent Hand would be like, 'How about shooting him for us Agent Ward' and then be blow everyone to pieces. His feelings for Sky seem to run to deep for him being an actual traitor. But something needed to happen to keep the show going and Hydra needs to be on top.

With Iggy on hoping he is a traitor though.

How many episodes are left?

Miotch 04-09-2014 07:20 PM

I'm guessing his 'feelings for Sky' are all just for show. He didn't shoot the guy he 'thought' was the Clairvoyant because of what he might to to Sky as he said. He shot him because the actual Clairvoyant told him to.

Ruien 04-09-2014 08:15 PM

But his feelings accomplish nothing if he is a traitor. No one ever suspected him and the kiss was out of no where. I do hope you are right though.

Ruien 04-09-2014 08:17 PM

It would make complete sense though because he was getting his ass kicked by like 5 guys. For a couple of them to be Hydra and help him makes perfect sense.

SlickyTrickyDamon 04-09-2014 11:26 PM

We don't know what Coulson said to Ward when he shook his head. He could be a Snape with Coulson's orders. Skye looked pretty alarmed with what was being said.

I heard about this glorious news. So we should have her in this and Person of Interest.

TV viewage just got a whole lot better.

I know I'm just a fool, but this makes me hold out hope of my fevered dream of some Alpha Flight screentime love.

DaveBrawl 04-14-2014 01:28 PM

Same.

Kalyx triaD 04-15-2014 02:57 PM

Did I mention I have a serious crush on Reyna?

DaveBrawl 04-15-2014 02:59 PM

I crush on May.

screech 04-15-2014 03:00 PM

They're replaying last week's before the new one tonight, right?

Kalyx triaD 04-15-2014 03:02 PM

Yeah Chun-Li aged great.

Totally shocked me when I found out that was her. I already loved that movie way more than anyone should.

Kalyx triaD 04-15-2014 10:28 PM

Yeah Ward's evil.

Shadow 04-16-2014 10:52 AM

Either that or so deep he's willing to cross the line at any opportunity.

Also Quinn's gonna get pancaked.

Corporate CockSnogger 04-16-2014 11:22 AM

They'll def still go with a redemption angle for Ward down the line due to his feelings for Skye. Shame, as he fits the role of Hydra's golden boy far better than as the cool good guy.

JimmyMess 04-16-2014 01:49 PM

yeah the blatant murder of the two guards at the fridge probably didn't bode well for any redemption angle.
