What shows are you watching?

I figured that instead of making a new thread for a certain show only a few of us may be watching, we could just gather here and discuss and maybe recommend shows also...

Really glad Better Call Saul is back. Anyone else watching season 3?

Juan 05-15-2017 08:44 AM

Been meaning to catch up on Bates Motel also. I've only watched the first season but I always forget to catch up

Destor 05-15-2017 10:05 AM

Into the badlands
Better Caul Saul
Supergirl
Flash
Legends of Tomorrow
SHIELD
South Park
Crazy Ex Girlfriend
The Walking Dead
Game Of Thrones
Left Overs
West World
Silicon Valley
VEEP
Legion
Ash VS The Evil Dead

Thats a comprehensive list of all the shows I watch. Think Im dropping the CW superhero shows after this season and binging them instead once they hit streaming.

Schlomey 05-15-2017 10:07 AM

we got rid of cable but we have Hulu and all the other hip streaming platforms so right now all we watch is Master Chef, Little Big Shots and random seasons of The Biggest Loser. i'm 33 and I have television habits of 50+ year old women.
In my defense, having a new baby kinda keeps me too busy for much TV...excited for Americas Got Talent to come back.

Lock Jaw 05-15-2017 10:25 AM

Enjoyed the latest episode of Better Call Saul...... considered bumping the thread to talk about it but then didn't......

I will answer the rest of the question about shows I watch when I am not mobile posting.....

RP 05-15-2017 06:04 PM

The Flash
The Leftovers
The Leftovers
The Leftovers
The Leftovers and

The Leftovers.

Simple Fan 05-15-2017 07:08 PM

Watch the CW DC shows, Gotham, Shield, Legion. Pretty much all the comic book shows that are not on Netflix. I'll watch the Walking Dead but I'm not real big on it. Really enjoyed Preacher on AMC though. Taboo on FX was good and I await its return. Been watching Brockmire on IFC and its pretty damn funny but it season finale is this week I think.

If you're not watching The Leftovers, then you're missing the best show on television.

ClockShot 05-15-2017 07:20 PM

I'll watch it on demand when I turn on HBO for Game of Thrones.

I've heard nothing but great things for this final season.

A.J.K 05-21-2017 05:49 PM

all DC shows
The 100
RuPaul's Drag Race
Speechless
Storage Wars
Counting Cars
Pawn Stars
American Pickers
Dragon Ball Super
Kitchen Nightmares reruns
Reruns of The Red Green Show

Blue Demon 05-21-2017 11:05 PM

in terms of on going shows:

Gotham
Better Call Saul

Both shows have had really good seasons relatively speaking this time around. Been enjoying both.

I just finished up Riverdale a couple days ago and it was decent for what it was, glad I watched it but I dunno about re-watch value.

Re-watching:

I re-started Person of Interest from the beginning because I loved that show and wanted to watch it right through. I pop on some Simpsons here and tere as well, mainly like early teens in terms of seasons.

SlickyTrickyDamon 05-21-2017 11:08 PM

Juan 05-23-2017 01:42 AM

Lol

Crimson 05-23-2017 02:05 AM

Black mirror on Netflix is pretty good, though the endings are a bit meh

OverTaker 05-23-2017 02:33 AM

Hell yeah. Better call Saul is number 1.
Sun records was pretty good as well. Naked and afraid XL.

Bobholly138 05-25-2017 12:09 AM

2 Broke Girls-Just ended and it was time.
The Real O'Neils-Heard this isn't getting picked up.
The Middle-Got picked up for another season. But really it is time to end this show.
Modern Family-See above.
The Goldbergs-Damn damn good show.
Powerless-Cancelled which sucks.
American Housewife-Best new sitcom this season.
The Walking Dead-Pretty much the only show I watch live.
Preacher-Got 3 more episodes of season 1 to watch.
Riverdale-So much fun.
Superstore-Proof that when they try NBC can have good sitcoms.

That is the shows I actually watch each week. There is a few that I see more because my lady and our friends like and watch them.Stuff like....
Dancing with the stars-Not a horrible show. But nothing I would watch if given a choice.
The Amazing Race-See above.
Designated Survivor-It's ok.

Juan 05-26-2017 06:06 AM

Just finished the new season of Archer. Not as good as previous seasons but still pretty funny

Thinking about starting Brockmire. Anyone see that yet?

RP 05-29-2017 03:30 AM

Plowing through House of Cards right now before the 30th. I'm finishing up the 2nd season. Umm its great, but the homosexual stuff is throwing me off some.

Destor 05-29-2017 03:33 AM

Its pretty rare tho

Most recent iZombie was the best episode this season, easy.

Emperor Smeat 05-29-2017 06:24 PM

Some of the stuff I watch whenever a new season gives or for recent stuff:
Archer
Samurai Jack
South Park
Dragon Ball Super
Rick & Morty
The Americans
American Horror Story
American Gods
Colony
24 Legacy

Lock Jaw 05-29-2017 06:53 PM

I never finished 24 Legacy...... I think I watched up until the episode where Tony showed up..... did the show get any better

Emperor Smeat 05-29-2017 07:04 PM

Was decent but felt the same way with Live Another Day in that it could have been a lot better with some big changes or tweaks made to the series formula.

Considering the series is on indefinite hiatus again, going to assume Fox weren't big fans of Legacy.

Ruien 05-29-2017 10:45 PM

Started watching Lost Girl. Just finished Supernatural season 12. Wonder how many more seasons that show will go.

Ezra 05-30-2017 12:02 AM

Will probably go as long as it keeps getting the ratings it's getting.

They definitely had a good cliff hanger this year. Interested in seeing how jack is presented and of course they have a huge crossover coming next season. Who is it with? Arrow? Nope. Flash? Nope. Scooby-Doo? You betcha!

Lock Jaw 05-30-2017 12:23 AM

Just watched season finale of Lucifer. Overall, pretty great season. Sucks that I have to wait for more.

SlickyTrickyDamon 05-30-2017 01:42 AM

Tried to watch Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt last night but wasn't in the mood. Stopped after like 5 minutes of the new season.

Ugh, fell asleep b/c of #TPWWAilments and chugging Nyquil. Have to finish it tonight, hopefully.

RP 06-05-2017 05:05 PM

The Leftovers ended last night. It was simple and amazing. When they threw some Otis Redding on " Dreams to Remember " i realized shit.. this is over. This series is done. One of the best series i've watched ever.

I put it over in the rate it thread as a masterpiece and the more i stew on it the more i am sure it is

RP 06-05-2017 06:11 PM

I have a lot to say about the finale. But i'm drinking so i'm saving that post.

RP 06-05-2017 06:11 PM

Needless to say, the finale was brilliant imo

RP 06-05-2017 06:13 PM

Damon got another chance to nail a series finale and he did this time. I'll explain tomorrow maybe. But man. It was so good. The entire series. Just amazing television that a lot of people still dont know about.

RP 06-05-2017 06:18 PM

Really funny that me and Destor are the only ones on this show. A ton of people on this board are missing out. I feel bad. Really i do.

RP 06-05-2017 06:21 PM

My list of best shows ever right now

The Wire
The Leftovers
Breaking Bad

I loved Breaking Bad. Really. But The Leftovers blew my mind in so many different ways it was unreal.

I liked the Lost finale a lot. Loved the scene with Sawyer and Dr. Burke. Scene. I loved the Kate and Jack scene. I for one, felt like the entire Lost people died on initial crash. And i believed that for a while.

RP 06-05-2017 07:07 PM

First two of Fear of The Walking Dead were incredible btw.

RP 06-05-2017 07:08 PM

Fear of The Walking Dead opening two episodes really owned The Walking dead post negan kill folks episodes. Really impressed. The show stepped up finally. I'm really excited.

RP 06-05-2017 07:10 PM

The Nega killing that guy and the other guy... spoiler... was pretty fucked, but Fear of The Walking Dead just set a great table for the entire season and i'm hyped.

Lock Jaw 06-05-2017 07:34 PM

Lock Jaw 06-05-2017 07:46 PM

It does appear to be on my streaming service, but I can only watch the service on my phone right now since my laptop is crap and the service doesn't go onto my TV.......

KIRA 06-05-2017 08:20 PM

Attack on Titan Season 2

The Handmaidens tale (hulu)

Gotham(everybody else seems to have forgotten it)

GoT

Frontier (netflix)

A series of unfortunate events (netflix)

badlands(kinda)

Preacher

Juan 06-06-2017 04:09 AM

All caught up on Silicon Valley. So good

There's nothing Mike Judge has done that I haven't liked

Juan 06-06-2017 04:10 AM

Even Extract

screech 06-06-2017 09:08 AM

Current stuff: Gotham (finale was really good), Agents of SHIELD (loved The Framework stuff this season), The Goldbergs, Designated Survivor (Jack Bauer #1).

Watched 6 seasons of Workaholics in about two weeks. It was stupidly hilarious. Waiting for season 7 to hit Amazon Prime so I can finish it up.

Finally started The Wire after years of people telling me to get on it. Two episodes in and I'm really enjoying it.

screech 06-06-2017 09:09 AM

Also F is for Family on Netflix. Hilarious. Love Bill Burr.

Lock Jaw 06-11-2017 11:30 PM

Finally watched the last two episodes of Into the Badlands...... had put off watching them because I knew I'd have to wait until the next season after they were done.....

Hot Damn.

SPOILER: show
Some great action and imagery going on.

Really liked Quinn's whole religious zealot vibe he had going on this season. Total badass too. Impaled with a sword two times and still standing.....

Will miss him.... great heel..... RIP

I hope they can bring in someone else to replace him as top heel..... Don't think The Widow is ready for that spot.....

RIP Vale too, I guess. That old clipper that Sunny got that badass sword from was right. Heartbreaking to see Sunny cry.....

Glad Bajie didn't die. I guess he could still succumb to his wounds, but I hope not. Nick Frost was a great addition this season.

Juan 06-12-2017 02:02 AM

I've had season 1 of Into the Badlands on my DVR for like a year, need to get on that soon.

Shisen Kopf 06-12-2017 09:14 AM

Just finished watching 13 Reasons Why. It was ok. Dont see why all the outrage about it.

Juan 06-21-2017 04:00 AM

Season finale of Better Call Saul was very good

Juan 06-21-2017 04:01 AM

About half way thru the new season of Orange is the New Black :y:

Rammsteinmad 06-21-2017 07:41 AM

Just finished catching up with all my Marvel shows. Iron Fist was good, although I felt it started to drag a little towards the end. Good addition to the Marvel Netflix universe though. And Legion too. Absolutely no idea what I watched here haha. Doesn't help that I didn't pay too much attention to it, though, if it gets a DVD release I'll buy it, and probably watch it properly then.

Lock Jaw 06-21-2017 10:08 AM

Three episodes behind in Better Call Saul......

Destor 06-21-2017 10:15 AM

2 behind. They took afew wees off and I forgot their return date...

Blue Demon 06-21-2017 03:47 PM

It returned last week and there was this week's episode. I'm 2 behind currently.

OverTaker 06-21-2017 05:37 PM

I m ready for season 4. Have to wait a another year. :(

RP 06-25-2017 05:00 AM

Trying to watch Riverdale on Netflix because the chick who is playing Veronica is a fucking 10 and probably the hottest girl ever.

Juan 06-28-2017 05:35 AM

Just caught the season finale of Silicon Valley :y::y:

Destor 06-28-2017 09:08 AM

Such a good show

Lock Jaw 07-01-2017 10:01 PM

Finally went and finished the season of Better Call Saul

SPOILER: show
Amazing how they can make Chuck such a detestable character, but then at the same time you really feel for him.

Juan 07-03-2017 03:37 AM

Great writing

RP 07-03-2017 05:41 AM

I bought the complete series of the original Twilight Zone. So much gold in this series.

ClockShot 07-03-2017 10:31 AM

Summer's arrived so I'm watching Killjoys over on Sci-Fi.

Reruns of M*A*S*H on TV Land, AMC, or Sundance.

I'm kinda excited for Castlevania coming to Netflix on Friday.

Destor 07-07-2017 09:06 PM

Castlevania is top notch

Disturbed316 07-08-2017 03:56 AM

Currently working my way through True Blod season 5 and the second seasons of Orange is the new Black and Rick & Morty.

Schlomey 07-13-2017 09:22 AM

I have been binge watching Orange is the new black (again), My 600 pound life (on hulu) and Shark Tank (hulu again) and Masterchef..thats about all I have had time for...fat people are great tv but i hate seeing them eat.

screech 07-13-2017 09:37 AM

Recently finished GLOW and Castlevania. Both were tremendous.

Schlomey 07-13-2017 09:56 AM

GLOW was really good.....forgot i binged that in like 2 work days. May start Castlevania this weekend.

ClockShot 07-13-2017 01:51 PM

RP 07-24-2017 08:33 AM

I'm 8 episodes in on Supergirl season 1 and i'm starting to really get into it. Plus Melissa Benoist is easy to looks at.

I tried to start back up on episode 13 season 1 of Legends of Tomorrow but I just cant get into it at all.

Lock Jaw 07-24-2017 09:30 AM

Season 2 was much better, season 1 was pretty mehhhhh.....

Talking about Legends.....

McLegend 09-25-2017 03:58 PM

The Leftovers is legit. RP is right.

I'm on episode 3 of season 3. Season 2 was beautiful.

Destor 09-25-2017 04:17 PM

If the first season has been better the show would have had 12 seasons

Frank Drebin 09-25-2017 09:18 PM

Binged on the Leftovers. Really good. Didn't think it was life changing great like some were saying it was. Damon Lindelof's fingerprints are all over it. 1000 questions being asked and limited answers given but that's ok because the real mystery is how each character grows - gag me with a spoon.

slik 09-25-2017 11:30 PM

Currently watching:

Room 104
The Hand-Maiden's Tale
Channel Zero: No End House
American Horror Story: CULT

Lock Jaw 09-26-2017 12:51 AM

Imagining slik sitting in front of four TVs, literally currently watching them all.........

slik 09-26-2017 01:59 AM

I watch everything on my laptop

Bobholly138 09-26-2017 02:16 AM

I haven't, but a few buddies of mine have watched some and said it was hilarious. I intend to start watching.

Started up Z Nation. Good so far. Like how the zombies evolved in season 2. Well, some of them.

El Vaquero de Infierno 11-05-2017 01:51 PM

Currently slogging it through Narcos season 2; just kill Escobar, already; the man's a piece of shit. I don't know if I will bother watching season 3.

Re-watching Community season 2 at the mo; so good.

I'm probably going to leave Star Trek Discovery and The Punisher (Nov. 17th, bitches) for the Xmas/New Year, so I have something to binge watch.

Donald the Great 12-05-2017 07:05 AM

Last television show I watched was the excellent Feud. Tells the story about the bitter feud between screen legends Bette Davis & Joan Crawford which came to a head on the set of the 1962 b mystery thriller Whatever Happened To Baby Jane. Susan Sarandon (Davis) & Jessica Lange (Crawford) are superb as the two bitching movie doyens. Who has seen this superb 4 parter?

https://media.vanityfair.com/photos/...n-crawford.jpg

A scene from Feud.

XL 12-07-2017 12:07 PM

Working our way though The Good Wife at the minute. It’s...good.

Also watching The Gifted.

That’s pretty much it for me right now.

Ezra 12-08-2017 02:14 PM

Orville ended on a strong nite last night. Neat concept with the planet sharing two orbits.

ClockShot 12-08-2017 04:07 PM

Watched the premiere of Knighfall on History channel. Pretty much a near knockoff of Vikings.

I'll give it a chance, although it seems predictable.
