Let the spring cleaning begin

<font color=goldenrod>Paul Burchill and Shane Helms have been future endeavor'd.

Anybody Thrilla 02-26-2010 01:15 PM

Sad about The Ripper, could give a fuck about The Hurricane.

Hanso Amore 02-26-2010 01:16 PM

DOnt get arrested unless you are atop guy

What about Katie Lea?

Jordan 02-26-2010 01:21 PM

Well looks like TNA will get a new X-Division star to join up with Moore and Hardy

CSL 02-26-2010 01:25 PM

The real band is back together!

<font color=goldenrod>I figured the writing was on the wall for Burchill. Not only did they seem to run out of stuff for him to do, but Katie Lea shows up on Raw, dropping "Burchill" from her name but keeping the same gimmick. That's when I officially knew Burchill was toast.

Feel terrible about Helms though, guy was super-over and I would have liked to have seen him on SmackDown. But again, I figured he was doomed once they made light of his arrest and he proceeded to not even be involved in the last couple episodes of ECW with the rest of the roster.</font>

CSL 02-26-2010 01:26 PM

Meh Karaigas kind of looks like a Hardy Boy

Triple Naitch 02-26-2010 01:28 PM

2 Count

Nark Order 02-26-2010 01:32 PM

Who won the epic battle between The Hurricane and the Ripper?

Nark Order 02-26-2010 01:35 PM

This is a better thread title.

I'm super bummed about Burchill. This is a guy who they missed the boat on. Good in ring worker, good style, look. Don't about the mic work, but I liked him and though he could've been a decent addition to the SmackDown mid card.

I'm pretty meh about Helms as I was not digging the Hurricane reinvetion. As a worker I liked Helms, and like Burchill, he could've easily been supplanted into the mid card on SmackDown and worked well.

Oh well.

kareru 02-26-2010 01:36 PM

everybody 3 count 1,2,3, 1...2...3333333333333333333333333

Did Evan Karagis ever even get a shot with WWE?

New TNA tag champs, 3 Count 2010. Hardy, Helms, and Moore.

Evil Vito 02-26-2010 01:41 PM

<font color=goldenrod>Doing a quick browse-through of the WWE roster...when you throw out people who had been released/quit or people who had been sent down to OVW, only The Undertaker, Triple H, Kane, Edge, William Regal, and Kung Fu Naki had been technically a part of the main roster longer than Helms. Pretty crazy.</font>

Anybody Thrilla 02-26-2010 01:44 PM

Shawn Michaels?

Anybody Thrilla 02-26-2010 01:45 PM

Or are you not counting his hiatus?

Anybody Thrilla 02-26-2010 01:46 PM

Also, I don't think Kung Fu Naki is going to surivive this season's spring cleaning. We should all be preparing ourselves to say goodbye to Slam Master J as well.

Triple Naitch 02-26-2010 01:48 PM

Yoshi is an upgraded version of Funaki. There's no need for him anymore.

I think Kozlov is right behind them tbh. Possibly Knox as well.

Anybody Thrilla 02-26-2010 01:49 PM

I don't know, I think Knox is safe for now. They need a menacing heel jobber.

ClockShot 02-26-2010 01:50 PM

That time of year already?

Either Creative or Vince's fault for Burchill. Guy had talent but nobody had a clue what to do with him. Capt. Burchill, The Ripper, all great gimmicks, but didn't go anywhere.

Injurie(s) got the better of Helms. Came back and didn't do nothing.

Evil Vito 02-26-2010 01:56 PM

<font color=goldenrod>I think Kung Fu Naki is safe at least as far as company employment is concerned. He never wrestles anymore but he'll more than likely slot in as a road agent. Wouldn't surprise me if they just took his profile off of WWE.com without notice one day.

I can see Slam Master J sticking around solely to tag with Jimmy Wang Yang. But, if NXT ends and all of the rookies get promoted to the main roster (which I THINK is the plan), Yang will probably get paired up with Skip Sheffield instead. So yeah, SMJ going wouldn't be surprising.

Charlie Haas might be out soon, as he is rarely ever used. I thought Haas and Knox might wind up being a regular team but that doesn't quite seem to be the case. Primo's also a guy I could see getting axed.

I was surprised to see that Tyler Reks is still employed, but they keep having him run dark match heel promos. So I dunno, maybe he'll get a chance to do something.</font>

DAMN iNATOR 02-26-2010 02:00 PM

Slam Master J, Kung Fu Naki, and Jimmy Wang Yang should probably be let go soon as they really haven't done too much with any of them except to try (and fail miserably, I might add...) to have SMJ & JWY team up on a couple occasions as the "ATL Boyz" or something stupid...wouldn't really miss any of them a single bit.

Anybody Thrilla 02-26-2010 02:03 PM

If TPWW did spring cleaning, DAMN iNATOR would be in the first round of cuts, that's for sure.

Outsider 02-26-2010 02:03 PM

Well at least he can start using the Vetrebreaker again :(

Chavo Classic 02-26-2010 02:04 PM

I'm surprised Burchill lasted as long as he did. As a fan, I'm glad as this might be a good move for him. He's had a long payday in the big-time and can now go back to really doing what he does best - wrestling - on the indy circuit. I think TNA might be a step too far for him.

Anybody Thrilla 02-26-2010 02:04 PM

I don't see why he would need to use the Vertebreaker at Burger King.

Rammsteinmad 02-26-2010 02:08 PM

*Prays Charlie Haas survives the Spingcleaning.*

Lock Jaw 02-26-2010 02:17 PM

Yeah, I too am surprised Burchill lasted this long. They kept bringing him back over and over again, trying to push him with a variety of gimmicks, but he never caught on.

Got a feeling he'll be next.

Loose Cannon 02-26-2010 02:26 PM

Half these guys are are mentioning I don't even know. Like this Slam Master J. Who the hell is this Jabroni?

And I didn't know Haas was still there. Is Benjamin still there?

Evil Vito 02-26-2010 02:49 PM

<font color=goldenrod>WHAT THE FUCK

Maria's been released too. Now THAT is a shocker.</font>

Innovator 02-26-2010 02:54 PM

FUCK

Evil Vito 02-26-2010 02:58 PM

<font color=goldenrod>Seriously, she's gotta be in my Top 5 Hottest Divas of All-Time if I were to make a list...probably #1 on Current Divas. Dammit.

Gotta go to her photo page and stock up before it's removed.</font> :shifty:
