Batista has undergone an interesting transformation. He started as a heel enforcer, because a face main event player for far too long, and has suddenly reverted back to a heel. But it's really interesting to look at the original heel Batista and the finished product that emerged after around seven years.

Hopefully they let him stick with it.

Been waiting a few years for his heel turn, and I've been loving it since Bragging Rights. Now everyone else is finally appreciating it the past few weeks. The clothes he wears, the way he walks and talks like he just doesn't give a shit is amazing. He just looks like the greediest, most self centered mother fucker around and his image portrays his character perfectly. Also I don't know if it's just all his designer clothes he's been wearing or whatever but he looks like a monster lately.

This new heel Batista is what the WWE needs at this time, especially when there's only two heels(Jericho and McMahon) in the WWE that have a huge affect on the fans. WWE needs to start racking up heels fast cause I'm starting to get confused of whos a heel or face. I think Batista needs to be a heel for the rest of career. He's big, he's bad, and he's real. Thats just what we want, a real heel.

Heel Batista was a good move, but got boring fast. By the sounds of it, he gave an amazing promo on RAW, though. I actually hope he beats Cena at WrestleMania.

Heel Batista is definatly an improvment over his face persona and tonights promo was probably the only part of RAW I really enjoyed if he keeps this up mabe he'll finally get me to actually care about what he does again

At first I had some serious doubts of Cena vs Batista as a feud since both tend to have meh quality promos and being randomly added to the Bret-Vince feud but the last couple of weeks I've been very impressed from the promos.

I still would rather have Undertaker-HBK or Jericho-Edge be the main event for Wrestlemania though since both would guarantee good matches and promos for the event.

I think it's refreshing to see a heel thriving off a gimmick that doesn't highlight the "coward" role. Now despite many things he's been doing being "underhanded", that's quite a bit different from being cowardly. Jericho has the cowardly heel act down to a science, and though it works very well for him, I'm glad they are going a different route with Batista. Just his body type alone makes the cocky, arrogant persona come more naturally IMO.

I too, would like to express my fondness, for this particular brand of Batista.

Yeah great heel work. Probly the best thing he's done in his career cause he's not much of a wrestler. Never liked Batista and definitely dont care for Cena, but the interest in this match has risen because of an awesome character in Batista. I agree he should change the belt...

I have to give the big man props, Batista has really stepped up his game lately. I was afraid after his turn that he would lose direction after the Mysterio fued, but he has made a program that I wasn't fond of very interesting.

As someone who cannot/has not watched WWE since January, I have to admit I'm pretty blown away at the idea of Batista being good for once.

I think John Cena will win, but he's definitely got a better chance than Jericho, in my opinion. Batista can actually put on a good match when he has his working boots on, and he tends to do so against Cena. With a clear face/heel dynamic defined, I can see this match easily topping their Summerslam match from whenever that was. Could be the surprise of the night. Especially if Batista retains.
