SmackDown! Spoilers: "I'm Still Undefeated Dammit!"

* To start Smackdown, Edge comes out to talk and starts a spear chant. Big Show interrupts him. Edge says he'll spear Show in their match.

* McIntyre is with Teddy Long in the back, and says that Vince had ordered his loss last week erased from the books. He's in a MitB Qualifying match against Matt next.

* Matt beat the "undefeated" Drew to qualify.

* Later tonight we have Rey Mysterio against Luke Gallows. Right now it's Shelton Benjamin against Dolph Ziggler. Benjamin won.

* Big Zeke beat Jimmy Wang Yang in his Smackdown debut. Squash.

* The Straight Edge Society comes out and CM Punk cuts a promo, mentioning the kids in the audience with Rey Masks. Luke Gallows vs. Rey Mysterio is next.

* Rey beat Gallows. Afterward, Punk tried to beat down Rey, but Mysterio fended him off.

* Truth and Morrison won a triple threat tag against the Hart Dynasty & Crime Tyme to earn at shot at Show-Miz's titles

* Simply Flawless gave Vickie a Simply Flawless shirt, then Beth Phoenix asked when she was getting a shot. Things get heated between the two.

* Edge wins against Big Show. Afterwards Jericho tries to attack him but gets speared.

* Teddy Long comes out and makes a match, Edge vs. Jericho for the title, now.

* Edge wins by DQ after Big Show interferes. Kane then comes and chokeslams Show. Edge spears Jericho to end the show.

So Matt Hardy joins Money in the Bank. I guess that's his WrestleMania paycheck.

For the record, that last one is the dark match.

Wow, everybody including me predicted John Morrison would enter the Money In The Bank Ladder Match this year; others said he'd win too. Pretty surprised he's in a tag team match instead.

Would've definitely had him go over Dolph Ziggler last week and swapped Cryme Tyme for Morrison/Truth against ShowMiz. Cryme Tyme and Morrison make it onto the card, while Ziggler and Truth are left off. Sounds better.

I think it's kind of nice that the WWE have kept John Morrison out of Money in the Bank. I mean, think about it this way -- while it does allow guys to show-off and stuff, it also increases risk of injury, and is a match for the "afterthought" guys (except for the one they give the win to). Shelton Benjamin, Kane and even Christian have made a nice little niche out of it; but that's mainly because the WWE doesn't have "other plans" for them.

Being in a tag team match at WrestleMania, where stipulations aren't needed to keep you on the card, is a pretty big deal with the rosters as stacked as they are, and the WWE trying to put as many "big matches" as they can on the show. Also, Morrison has been protected even more than the more over R-Truth in recent weeks. That might be because he has a DVD; but I don't think this should be taken as the WWE frowning on Morrison or anything.

I've thought about that, and I think it would be good exposure for WWE NXT. While Daniel Bryan is the one with the obviously bright future, I could see them giving the win to someone else so they can have a brighter start.

I hope we see Daniel Bryan cost Show-Miz the Tag Titles. I think that would be a great moment for him, for the faces, and even for the heels.

Something to consider, though: a lot of the main roster members that don't make the card might feel pretty burned if a bunch of rookies got a WrestleMania spot when they didn't. If they don't do the Battle Royal, though, I would not mind seeing the rookies accompany their mentors to the ring for their matches.

Yeah, I just want Daniel Bryan at mania gainging some sort of upperhand. I hope he costs the miz the titles then on Raw the miz challenges him for the US title or somehting.


Even better would be if he cost Jericho his title.. WOW

I'm glad John Morrison is on the card, but kinda pissed another thrown together team is getting a title shot at mania. I was really hoping The Hart Dynasty might have gotten some kind of a rub from Bret being back.

I just watched the tag match and I have to say that I'm very impressed with how well "Truth and Wisdom" (don't know if they are calling them that) clicked. Their after match celebration was good too. Just seems like they get along great.

for the first time in forever, I actually have a chance to watch Smackdown. Just watched Drew Mac lose for the first time apparently. haha, what a great time I picked to watch

Besides, Backlash (or whatever the April PPV is) is always just a bunch of WM rematches anyway so Edge can win the belt then.</font>

Michelle and Layla are nowhere near close to what the Beautiful People can do. They have more of a mean girls gimmick than a BP one to me.

Face Morrison is God awful.

Face Edge is worse than face Morrison.

Also, Daniel Bryan shouldn't be anywhere near this year's Wrestlemania.

I think Daniel Bryan will be there, even if we just see The Miz chew into him backstage.

Lol I've never liked face Edge but face Morrison is ten times worse. Morrison sounds milktoasty and all "gee golly gosh" as a face.
