Videogame Olympics
 

My friends and I hold an N64 tourney regularly, but now want to expand it to other systems. Thus this idea was born, basically playing a variety of games on any systems. Some time trials, some high scores, some tourney styles. Each event will have Gold (3 points), Silver (2 points), Bronze (1 Point) winners. Those with top 3 in points at end of night wins the prize.

I could use some help thinking up some games. Want to go with more classic games throughout videogaming. Here are some ideas we have, appreciate suggestion.

Super Mario Bros. Complete World 1 Time Trial
Tetris
Halo
Sonic Time Trial
GTA Time Trial to getting to 5 Stars police warning.
Guitar Hero.

Bill Laimbeer's Combat Basketball. Have had like 3 tournaments in this game. The last one produced some of the most amazing video game moments of all time.

I was gonna host a HalOlympics event in Halo 3 a while ago. It was gonna be a variety of gametypes with a full group of players playing in maps specially created for the event. Gonna try again with Reach, I guess. Thanks for the reminder!
