Really you just get a program like Audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and cut it to the right size/length. The problem is that everything from being able to do it and the size varies completely from phone to phone and sometimes provider to provider (if the phone's locked in, like mine is).

CM Punk's theme is the only one I'm comfortable using as a ring tone in public.

The WWE site has ringtones available for $2.49 but I'm not sure if that's just a one-time cost or not.

It's a one-time cost as long as you don't have to redownload it. Though you may have to pay for the transfer to, so if you don't have a data plan watch out.

An data plan is something you have on your phone so that if you use your web-browser it doesn't cost you an absolute fuckton of money. If you have to ask you likely wont have one and that ringtone will likely cost around $6

Full songs though, none of them are 'ringtones'. And I'd never use any of them as ringtones, they're mostly what I've got from other guys via bluetooth and left on there after sending them to the laptop
