I think the dream team now would be JR and Stryker together. King is past his sell by date and stryker is the King of old, siding with every heel no matter what. Just remembered there how much the King loved a heel Owen Hart, Owen jumped off the apron to hit Ahmed Johnson with his cast back in '96 and despite seeing the replay, Lawlor was totally convinced Owen slipped and was worried about his arm being further damaged, classic

IMO Striker has been royally shit on here.

He deserves to call the Smackdown matches. From what you read, Lawler doesn't even watch Smackdown.

:y: definately, but to be fair its hard to enjoy Smackdown since it aint live and aimed at 8 year old kids. Y2J, CM and the SES are saving the show, Stryker is another of the few positive aspects

JR is a legend, Striker sucks epic cock. Anyone who doesn't want to see JR calling Mania is seriously due for a mental health exam.

JR used to be great, but he got into the same mundane routine with King week after week, and it got old and boring. I can almost guarantee that at Mania, King and JR will have the exact same interactions as before. So A. the way he interacts with King makes me bleh about it.

B. As a play by play guy, he barely ever calls moves. Striker actually sounds like he knows what's going on in the ring, versus JR, who half the time just says "What a move."

So yeah, I'd honestly much rather take Striker over JR. JR, Striker, and NXT style Cole would be amazing to call Mania, but that won't happen.

Taker/Michaels II just solidified its place in history.

Striker has an epic cock.

JBL,Stryker and JR and have Finkel be the ring annoucer and Mene Gene as Backstage interveiwer and u got a amazing annouce team

Could really do without King in there. In fact, JR, King and Cole is a pretty shitty trio.

Jim Ross emphasized on Twitter, his WWE Universe blog and official website that he will not be calling WrestleMania XXVI. Instead, he will be attending the event strictly “as a fan.”

Official website: “There are no plans for me to broadcast the event at this time. I’m looking forward to seeing old friends and enjoying the weekend as a fan.”

WWE Universe: “This is officially a business trip but it’s much more than that. I am attending strictly as a fan for the first time that I can recall and I’m looking forward to it.”

Twitter: “Made travel 4 WMania. Going 2 enjoy it strictly as a fan. … Lots of folks asking about me going 2 Mania as a fan. I’m good w/ it. 4 date nites w/ the wife ain’t bad.”

It should be noted that this past night Monday night at RAW, word had gone around that Ross would be announcing the show alongside Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler. We shall see but it honestly wouldn’t surprise me to see him call the main event. Plans can always change and lets hope they do!!

He's gonna be at the booth for at least part of the show, even if not the whole thing... it's good ol' JR we're talking about here.

They'll probably go with the Cole/King/Striker team they've used during the last couple of PPVs for most of the show. Then Striker and Cole will make way for the JR/King team for Streak vs. Career</font>
