Khali and Batista taking time off?

Former WWE World champion The Great Khali finished with WWE at this past Tuesday's Smackdown taping in Las Vegas. He was telling those at the taping that he was taking time off to go back to India. In asking around today, there is no timetable for his return at this time.

When I was asking around about Khali, I was also told that Batista has been telling a number of people in the company that he was looking to take a long break after Wrestlemania. There are some that expect that will happen after this month's Extreme Rules PPV. He is scheduled to film a WWE Studios film "Killing Karma" this Spring, so it may be he's not going to wrestle at the same time he's filming.

Hmm maybe that is why Cena won at Mania.

He won't be on TV anymore.

Not me. Nothing against him, but he seems like he's just there to have a random big guy around just in case they need a disposable feud or match to take up space on the card.

Batista is a fool to take time off right now. This is the best he has ever been. I really like his heel character

It's so easy to forget that Batista is 41. Dude's body needs rest.

Khali officially taking time off means when he comes back he'll probably get a return push. Ugh.

Or because it's Cena, Mania, etc. etc.

Only thing that would make this better is if Cena took a leave of absence also.
