I did not watch TNA last night so I read the results on here...and found this to be completely distrubing:

"After the match, Terry plays to the crowd and is met with a chair shot from Homicide. Homicide smashes the chair over the had of Terry, and Terry is busted wide open. Terry with a spine buster on Homicide. Orlando Jordan shows up and squirts lotion on his chest and face to symbolize, well, you know what."

I turned the channel because my friend was already confused enough by what was giong on. Totally embarrassing segment for him and for the fans.


Poor Orlando, he is such a talented wrestler.....Why do they have to exploit his sexuality!?

not at all..my issue just like what schlomey said was this was an embarrassing segment for such a good wrestler. I understand his lifestyle and choices and am completely cool with it but dont see how something like this will help TNA attract viewers and boost ratings

Well apparently it will help get certain individuals to stop making fun of it. I guess as long as it has to do with homo or bisexuality, all liberals consider it off limits. Nice strategy.

apparently this character has been getting lots of press, especially in gay culture magazines, so in that retrospect its defiantly attracting new viewers

TNGay! TNGay! TNGay! The character can work, but he needs to show a heelish vicious streak kinda like early Golddust. Showing up and squirting ky jelly isn't gonna cut it.

OJ's enemy can be Perez Hilton.

Sounds like something the WWE would have done to punish one of their wrestlers.

My thoughts exactly while watching that segment. Orlando would be fine as a heel with homoerotic tendencies such as early Goldust (like how he use to rub up against opponents during their match). I think TNA is over embellishing the angle and needs to tweak it down

Actually, Orlando Jordan proposed the idea of his gimmick to WWE before using it in TNA.

he could have teamed with goldust..and fueded with Billy and Chuck

Hence why he got fired

As disturbing as it sounds, a morbid part of me wants to see it.

For the record, if this has happened ten years ago in the WWF everyone would be talking about how awesome it is.

Only if Goldust did it. OJ has nothing on Goldust's creepy factor, and it seems like he's trying too hard and too fast (lol). Goldust had years of build before he took it to the extreme, and that's what made it work.

In my opinion, the Goldust v. Razor program helped make that character. Especially because he was aggressive and ruthless. The best was when he had Razor "tattooed" on his chest.

If Orlando isn't a fucking flame in real life, why does he have to be one in his character. I think he could even get over as a heel without the primary basis of his character being that he likes coming in through exits. If he's bisexual, let him be a badass playboy who comes to the ring with women and men like originally planned. The gay community might actually rally around that type of portrayal.

As an aside, I bet Flair clenches his ass cheeks every time he and Orlando are in the same room or makes sure he's always sitting or has his back to the wall.

Yeah theres no basis for these actions by OJ...just to share with everyone that he's a slutty bi sexual. I think the most disturbing part is the fact that Rob Terry continues to win, and that he's somewhat involved in a storyline.
