So I downloaded Starcade '97. This was the most anticipated PPV of my Childhood. After over a year of being out of action, Sting finally returned to the ring to get revenge on the man that turned his back on the Red and Yellow. The Leader of the nWo. Hollywood Hogan.

First match is Dean Mallenko vs. Eddie Guerrero is our first match here for the Cruiserweight Championship. This no doubt should be a classic. I'm pulling for a win from the Iceman here. We have the announce team of Mike Tenay, The American Dream Dusty Rhodes, and the worlds 2nd best announcer right under Mike Adamle, Tony Schiavone

Guerrero has a lot of talent. I predict one day this man will be a world champ

This has been a big night for WCW. Diamond Dallas Page wins the US Title from Curt Hennig, Larry Zabysko beats Erich Bischoff to keep Nitro for WCW, Bret Hart shows his side is team WCW, and Sting wins the World Heavyweight Championship...WCW has reached it's peak. They can't possibly get any better. I predict a slowly falling empire.
