Daffney injured?

TNA Knockout Daffney was injured during what was either a dark match or a bout being taped for TNA Xplosion at the currently ongoing Impact taping.

Daffney was wrestling a local independent talent named Miss Betsy, who I believe is a student from the Team 3D Wrestling Academy. Betsy pinned Daffney with a sitout powerbomb and after taking the bump, Daffney did not get back up.

A number of TNA officials including Terry Taylor, D'Lo Brown and Al Snow came to the ring. Daffney was in the ring for about 20 minutes before being stretchered out and taken to a local hospital via ambulance.

TNA was being extra careful, removing the ring ropes in order to allow EMTs more space to transport her out. I was told she was moving her hands as they took her out, which hopefully is a good sign.

We'll have more details as they are available.

The word going around the Impact Zone is that Daffney, while understandably shaken up, will be OK.

Nothing of value would be lost.

Daffney's a tough cookie. Doesn't seem like an injury would keep her out of the ring. After all, she's been wrestling with a busted face for years.

The Burger King is down the street from where I work and the gas station is about 5 minutes from where I live. They took the gas pumps out though, now its just a store.

Damn.
