Recently got a 360.
 

Due to my sister and her boyfriend owing me 350 bucks, they gave me their 360 and some games to pay me off. Not want I wanted, but free console is free I guess. Sooo...

List me some average to amazing games and "must haves" that I don't know about/remember to acquire. I don't plan on getting Live anytime soon so no multiplayer heavy games and I know about all the "big" games coming out this year, Crackdown 2, Reach, Dead Rising 2 etc.

Already have FF13, both Mass Effects, Forza 3, Just Cause 2, Bioshock, Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce, Wolfenstein, Halo 3: ODST and Dragon Age.

I don't have a 360 but I think Gears Of War is popular with the X-Box folk.

well, actually you seem to have inherited a good batch of games. I suggest playing the Mass Effect games, youll get hooked into the story pretty quickly (just dont give up at the Citadel...most people get bored around there because its early in the game and thats where you do most of your 'exploring/talking'). Dragon Age people love. Might as well wait for Gears 3, but if you wanna dive into the story, i say rent them (people still play 'em online, though they arent as popular because...well, MW).

well, that all depends....whens the last time the system was online? If its not flagged, i suggest going to whoever modded it and flashing back to stock and youll be good, or flashing to the latest firmware. Whatevers clever.

It's only been flashed for 2 weeks, and it hasn't been online since, I don't know, i'd have to ask my sisters bf. I plan on buying one that has HDMI on it eventually anyway, so when I get that one I'll most likely get live.

if its only been flashed for 2 weeks, i'd assume it has the iXtreme LT v1.1 firmware, which is relatively safe to go online with (im currently online with my xbox w/ this firmware), so its your call if you wanna get it flashed stock, or ride the mod wave as far as you can take it (which, when you factor in how cheap xbox's are getting and how games are still 60 per, youll conclude you save a shitload of money riding it out)

Actually, one of the most fun games ever made. Especially if you can get it for free.
