I don't believe Jarrett has any 'say so' in the strictest sense of it, but I do believe he still may have some input to Dixie Carter regarding certain things.

Jarrett is in charge of the house shows i've heard, and Foley is taking time off because he only had so many dates on his contract and was far too ahead.
