I know this isn't a big deal in the whole picture, but does anyone else hate the term "WWE Universe" as much as I do? I would much rather hear the term "fans". Every time someone refers to the "WWE Universe" I just cringe. It just feels so unnatural and almost like the WWE management is mocking us fans with the term. Just my opinion though. Agree, disagree?

We've been complaining about it since they started using it.

Its whatever really. Its just a tagline that they use to refer to the fanbase, meh.

It would be nice if they could call us the WWE Universe but still refer to us as Wrestling FANS. The term WWE Universe has taken over all other words associated with liking their brand of wrestling so in return it is rather annoying and totally overused.

It's dumb, but I don't care.

It's just a dumb attempt to redefine wrestling as someone else.

What are individual fans? Planets? Solar Systems?

I can't begin to describe how much I hate it....Especially, when Kaval uses it like 8979867865078976897 times in a damn promo.

I hate it, sound pathetic, but meh, it doesn't get me so pissed off as seeing Regal being underused every fucking week.

It stinks, but I tune it out kinda like I do when Jack Swagger starts to talk

See, I always thought they were using 'universe' to encompass every facet of the WWE fanbase. Kids, adults, men, women, Raw fans, Smackdown fans, internet fans, etc. It makes sense that way. I don't get why there's so much hatred for it. It has no bearing on anything.

You know what else encompasses all the fans?

Fans.

It's a dumb thing to bitch about though. It's such a nitpick. But it's also dumb to rationalise it.

I probably never would have even THOUGHT to rationalize it if I didn't hear people bitching about it, though.

I don't mind the name so much but their facebook page is pretty useless. No real discussion going on.
