Stupid fucking Warner Brothers.

Having to wait a month to rent WB movies on Netflix. (and Red Box)

It's bullshit. Fucking faggots.

Schlomey 07-30-2010 02:42 PM

That makes me feel less guilty about downloading their films.

D Mac 07-30-2010 02:45 PM

Universal and Fox have the same deal I believe. Pretty soon all new release movies will be like this.

Schlomey 07-30-2010 02:47 PM

I use the local Red Box at Wal Mart on occasion. This news is lame.

D Mac 07-30-2010 02:50 PM

They're trying to "boost sales". I hope they lose money because of pissed off consumers like us.

Supreme Olajuwon 07-30-2010 03:13 PM

I doubt those pissed off consumers will affect too much. The only reason they're mad is because they never had any intentions of buying the movie in the first place. Either way the studio doesn't get that money.

Downunder 07-30-2010 07:11 PM

Torrents bro

The Genius 07-30-2010 11:14 PM

with netflix i never buy dvds anyways. so an extra month of waiting isnt a big deal.

Xero 07-30-2010 11:15 PM

It's an extra month. Who gives a fuck?

You should be more pissed about them putting DVDs with less extras than retail for rental. And even then it's pretty petty.

D Mac 07-31-2010 12:58 AM

I only rent or buy Blu Ray. DVD is obsolete to me.

Xero 08-01-2010 03:05 PM

And the difference, to this conversation, is what exactly?

That I have to wait for some new releases on Blu Ray thru Netflix, or rent from Blockbuster.

Xero 08-01-2010 10:06 PM

Which they do with DVDs as well.

Triple A 08-01-2010 10:13 PM

Diesel Mac, you have a PS3 right?

The PS3 can play all the HD Blu Ray quality movies you download from thepiratebay.org, so you can watch it directly on your television set in crystal clear HD.

Triple A 08-01-2010 10:19 PM

Or you can hook your computer up to your TV and use a cool program like this to organize all your movies and TV shows, making physical discs obsolete.

Blockbuster Online isn't restricted as far as I can tell. and if it is, then I can just use my free instore exchange for them since Blockbuster still gets the movies on the same date.

D Mac 08-02-2010 06:26 AM

That's some good info Trips. Thanks. :y:

D Mac 08-06-2010 08:30 PM

Just ordered a 500gb HDD to upgrade my PS3. Now I can download those Blu Ray rips and store them on the PS3.
