Is TNA becoming legit competition now with Hogan, Flair, Kennedy etc

What were some huge backstage news that happened hmm lets' say since 2009 up until now

Biggest "story" was probably WWE's new show NXT, which sees eight "rookies" paired with "pros" and fighting for a contract or a title shot or something. They are currently in their second "season".

The rookies from the first season are now a mega-heel nWo-like stable called "Nexus" on Raw. Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) used to be one of them, but he was released for choking one of the ring announcers with his own tie during the Nexus' initial "tear stuff up" appearance on Raw.

Also, there is a new "anonymous" General Manager on Raw who communicates via e-mail, but those around here know that it is really just me.

The Miz has a Money in the Bank briefcase. Sheamus is champion of Raw again, and after fighting Cena a few times, he is now fighting Orton again.

Over on Smackdown, Kane is the champion, Undertaker is in a vegetative state, Rey is the number one contender, and Jack Swagger was previously champ but has pretty much been jobbed out to Rey half a dozen times now.

so why is Taker off TV?

For real, Rey broke his face in a match. Rey was then rewarded with the world title.

he was injured and he got married to Michelle McCool

that and Kane won the Smackdown Money in the Bank ladder match at the Money in the Bank PPV and won the title the same night after Rey successfully defended against Jack Swagger.... Miz won the Raw MitB

and Sheamus is now a 2-time and current WWE champ and nexus will team up in a 7 on 7 match( now 7 on 5 as the Raw team is fighting amongst themselves) against Super Cena, John Morrison, R-Truth, Great Khali, Edge(who quit), Jericho ( who left the team after losing to Cena), and Bret Hart (yes I said Bret Hart)

Oh, and TNA is still pretty much a big joke. Hogan and Bischoff came in (and with them an influx of old talent) and since then the show took a nosedive in quality. Haven't watched of paid attention to it in a few months though, so who knows.

They just got off doing a TNA presents ECW One Night Stand PPV. (But not called ECW or One Night Stand)

hardy got drug charges and left wwe.anderson got fired because randy orton complained about a suplex.hogan and flair did shows in austrailia then went to tna with bischoff,rvd,orlando jordan who is bisexual(for real and on tna) along wih scott hall and xpac who didnt last long due to halls arrest for drunk in public.shelton benjamin or hurricane helms will debut on impact this week.tna's ratings are around 1.21 million,wwe stays at about 3 million.bubba the love sponge got in a fight with awesome kong backstage and she was let go,then bubba and the nasty boys got fired for generally being idiots,tna tried live on mondays and failed as well.thats all i can come up with for tna.

Hmmm...since the summer of '09, here's a couple of things that may have not been mentioned:

Randy Orton's a face now, probably the most over one in the WWE
Ric Flair unretired to wrestle Jay Lethal
HBK retired at Wrestlemania after wrestling the Undertaker in his last match
ECW is no more...unless you count the one off show TNA did

WWE were going to axe Survivor Series from this year on, but it seems as though they've had second thoughts for now and appear to be continuing to have Survivor Series on the schedule.

Hardy got his drug charges AFTER he left the WWE. Which he did because his contract was up and he felt "burnt out" again.

A mix of marking out (Come on it's Bret fucking Hart) and disappointment because we all know he can't work a match anymore.

Dunno why, but Nexus in general made Raw go from "Download when I'm bored" to "Holy motherfucking shit it's Tuesday let me download Mondays Raw ASAP".

Right I got that part. You said "I just don't like how he thinks he's so great". I didn't know if you were referring to his persona being cocky or Mike Mizanin himself. I've always heard he was pretty personable and thought while his character is abrasive and cocky that that was the point.
