So, I love pandora on my android.... especially for the gym, pool, beach... of course the problem is... it kills my battery...

So, is there anything I can do? or a better option? (yes, I know... load music on my ipod, but it's not the same and it means i'll be carrying around something else).

Spotify, not sure if Yanks can use it properly though. Its far better anyway.

Nah, it'll draw the same more than likely. It's constantly using your phone internet which is a massive drain.

The best thing would be to load up an SD card with MP3s and run them off your phone more than stream from the Internet.

thats an idea... I did take the time to burn every single CD I had to a portable HD before I moved... might as well use them for something!

Do they make a longer life battery for the android?

That will add a little bit of extra bulk (comes with a new batter cover) but has double the power of the stock battery, so should theoretically last twice as long.
