Played the demo. Pretty good. Some might say it's just another GTA clone tho. Might be picking it up when it comes out.

How's it compare to the Godfather? Because that game was awesome.

I actually have Godfather 2 but never feel as compelled to play it since they fucked with the formula so much. :-\

Cops will chase you for SPEEDING.

I'm not sure if that's bullshit or badass.

Badass, for all of 5 minutes, then bullshit until you get tired of taking 2 hours to do 1 mission.

They had speeding in the first game. Either you can put the limiter on and not get caught, or you can pull over and get yourself a nice ticket.

My brother was telling me to download this the other night. Now that I know you can get speeding tickets, I might just go and download it now.

Just for speeding? Or is there traffic lights that you have to follow too?

Original was one of the best games ever.

Mafia 1 was fuckin GLITCHY

Just a GTA Clone, seriously. I'll rent it.

It's good, but if you have both consoles you have a choice.

PS3: Has more content for new copies of the game only

360: Has apparantly noticably better graphics

Pretty good, but it's not an open world game like GTA. You do every mission in succession. You can go to shops and shit within the missions, but the missions are just 1 at a time. Good story tho.

The demo was okay. I may get it when the price comes down, but I'm certainly not getting it new, so fuck the extra content.

An extra Made Man DLC code was in my PS3 version of the game. I'll share it with the first person who fires me an PM.

You could have waited for it to be a Platinum Hit (Or whatever the term is for the PS3 version) and still beaten the rush.

The game is no way near the first Mafia which was an amazing game at the time. Mafia II is lame! I kept playing for the sole reason of the story, but when the story ended up being horrible, I haven't played a second more after beating it. It has NO replay ability. I know what they were trying to do with the story leading the game, but having the game be a true sandbox may have made this game A LOT better. Side quests would have been fun in the game. It would also have been cool if you could actually choose 1 gang to follow and fuck up the other 2 gangs. I could go on and on about what they should have done, but I'm not going to. I guess bottom line: This game is def not the first mafia and those of you that expect it to be are going to be upset. The game can be fun with the story but when the story ended up sucking, you are left with a lame game,,,,

Where? I have no way of renting games.....
