The Rock or Randy Savage?
 

Looking at the "rate the wrestler" thread I think there are few, if any who were as good as The Rock or Randy Savage. Both men were that rare combination of an amazing in ring wrestler and golden on the mike. Who do you think was a better overall preformer Rock or Savage? Who would you book to win a match between both men in there prime (early 90s Randy Savage Vs late 90s Rock)? Personally, I gotta go with "The Macho Man" Randy Savage for both.

The Rock, more of my time kind of guy.

Can the Rock rap? I think not.

Where's the Kevin Nash option?

It's interesting that these two guys both played 2nd fiddle to other top faces yet they were both better wrestlers but of these I prefer The Rock his promos alone were way better.

Rock was a better performer an entertainer but Randy comes in a very close 2nd. They are almost neck and neck but I have to go with Rock.

I love The Rock, but I wouldn't really call him "amazing" in the ring.

The Rock was more of the entertainer of the two, but Savage was the better in-ring story teller.

Savage's in-ring work outweighs Rock's mic ability.

The Rock had the better overall package...... and I didn't meanthat in the dirty way....

This wasn't an easy decision for me, but I voted for The Rock. As good as Savage was, and as much as he deserves any accolades he receives for what he contributed to the World Wrestling Federation, The Rock set a standard that to this day still hasn't been reached. Think of his presence, his charisma, the fact that WWE is still trying to find someone to fill The Rock's shoes (or boots). Savage obviously has the bigger portfolio, and was a better in-ring technician, but The Rock was a bigger draw and is more of a wrestling icon.

I don't think Macho is weaker than the Rock on the mic at all. They have completely differently styles and I would rate both 10/10. Macho is better in the ring.
