Who do you think will never be WWE/World Champion

Was reading an article where Yoshi Tatsu was saying that it was his dream to be WWE Champion and all I could think was "yeah, good luck with that".

So, who on the current WWE roster could you never see holding one of the two major WWE titles? This includes guys who deserve it but most likely won't make it, as well as former WWE/World champions.

Mr. Nerfect 08-15-2010 01:59 AM

I hope to God I am wrong, but I can see Matt Hardy and Christian both being guys that never get that opportunity. While they are now veterans and great in the ring, is the time passing? Especially since there is this new influx of talent that actually seems to be higher up on the card than they are by default.

Mr. Nerfect 08-15-2010 02:00 AM

But to be honest, if Bradshaw can win it out of nowhere, then anyone really can. Especially with there being two belts.

BizarroKing 08-15-2010 02:02 AM

Obvious choices:
-Chris Masters
-Chavo
-Santino
-Zack Ryder

Those that COULD but probably won't:
-Cody Rhodes
-Evan Bourne
-Ted Dibiase

The JBL character was something magical to come out of someone whose modus operandi was drinking beer and gambling at a poker table. Unless Matt Hardy or Christian do a good change in character, I don't see them going past the midcard level. Even the heel CLB persona was better appreciated than today's Oh-I-Lost-To-Cody Christian.

I'm not sure if I agree with any of those. I think the only one of those guys I can't see doing it is Chavo.

I hope I'm wrong but I don't think Ziggler will get there. I think he's destined to be a great IC champion, but won't get farther.

Christian = (

R Truth
Evan Bourne
Matt Hardy
Mark Henry
MVP
The Usos

Just looking at it, 45 active males on the rosters (minus Hornswoggle) that never held a top WWE belt. 12 champions. So 12 guys of 57 have been champs.

Its a lot easier to become a champ now, as someone mentioned JBL.

Personally, I never thought Sheamus or Swagger would win, so who knows.

But in the time since the Alliance, there have been a ton of different champions. Not like it was before.

Kofi Kingston

Shadrick 08-15-2010 04:52 AM

Kofi will be champ one day. He hasn't been in the E THAT long. Give him a couple of years, and I guarantee he wins the WHC.

Destro 2.0 08-15-2010 04:53 AM

I really have nothing to say.

teamXtremist 08-15-2010 05:01 AM

Mr. Nerfect 08-15-2010 05:10 AM

Using Wikipedia, I'll go through the WWE roster, and these are the guys that I just cannot see getting a run with either (another/) the WWE or World Heavyweight Title (although in today's WWE, you just never know):

RAW:

Goldust - just because of his age

The Great Khali - he's an attraction, but they even cut him out of SummerSlam

Mark Henry - he's getting up there in age, and hasn't even been given a mid-card title (not counting the ECW Title, which was sort of its own little thing)

Michael Tarver - I enjoy the guy more than most (but not as much as Skip), but he's 33 years old and is still green

R-Truth - just because I can't see the WWE Champion not being allowed to compete in Canada

William Regal - not because of his talent, or even his current position on the roster -- but just because he has two strikes

From SmackDown!:

Caylen Croft - he's a solid hand, but that's about it -- he seems destined for the mid-card

Chavo Guerrero - just for his age -- I could see him getting courtesy IC Title run or something, though

Impact! 08-15-2010 08:11 AM

Khali could pretty easily tbh

Saw a few of your (you're, yourey, uyour''e) threads and posts recently and i must say that you are, without a shadow of a doubt, the biggest pair of testicles on the internet. That is all

Now back to the topic. . . eh . . . Billy Gunn

That's why I hope I'm wrong. WWE has a history of repeating themselves.

Gee what an obvious answer I though Billy Gunn was having the best run of his life in TNA right now.

...Who would've thought Glen Jacobs would in 1995 be "Isaac Yankem DDS", then later on become "Fake Diesel"...and THEN would hit the jackpot and become Kane, become a 2 time World Champion and guarantee himself a spot on the Hall of Fame someday?

Dwayne Johnson would first be Rocky Maivia, the "pineapple haired kid"...then he would become The Rock, continue to grow, and become a legend.

Steve Austin was The Ringmaster, then later Stone Cold, and became the biggest wrestler MAYBE EVER in history.

What I mean is, maybe the next WWE Champion, or WHC, is right before our eyes, maybe the next GREAT is right before us, we just don't know who he is yet. Maybe Monday after Monday, or Friday after Friday, we are watching a wrestler who is a character change short from greatness.

That's what's great about it.
