Razor Ramon never in a Royal Rumble match?
 

Correct me if im wrong but has Razor ever been in a 30 man royal rumble?.. as far as i remember he always had title matchs before the match.

1995: Jeff Jarrett pinned Razor Ramon (18:06) to win the WWF I-C Title.

1996: Goldust pinned Razor Ramon (14:17) to win the WWF I-C Title.

1997: Razor Ramon II

So no, Scott Hall has never been in the Royal Rumble match.

Just the WCW world war 3 60 man battle royal.

While Scott Hall has never been in one, Razor Ramon has when he was portrayed by Rick Bogner in 1997.
