Who do you GENUINELY enjoy watching wrestle?
 

Like, in the E, who doesn't have to be a part of some kind of storyline, or have some type of mic skill, and you genuinely would tune in if they put on a 30 minute match?

Personally, I'm a fan of Daniel Bryan, Kofi, Dolph, Orton, Trips, Sheamus depending on who he's wrestling, and R-Truth since he's pretty entertaining in the ring.

...right now? Nobody in particular. I watch the show (RAW) and all, but the person i TRULY enjoyed watching WRESTLE...PURELY WRESTLE...was HBK and he's gone.

I have to say Jericho, Christian and Punk as well. Can't believe I forgot them.

It's hard to answer this question because it's truly hard to judge who deserves to be in the spotlight.

I mean, a 30 minute straight match is hard to carry even for the best, but if you mean who "genuinly" deserves to headline then I'd go with

When you say headline, do you mean based off of just in-ring ability? If so, yeah thats what I mean. Like, it could be a 5 minute match, doesn't have to be 30, I just wanna know who are you a fan of if they were to show up at your local gym with a sparring buddy and put on a match, that you'd watch and love it. No promos. No feuds. No titles potentially changing hands, no Jim Ross being the best announcer ever, nothing.

When you put it like THAT, it's even MORE obvious there's no one who fits the bill nowadays.

Except for, again, HBK.

So theres no one else other than HBK that you enjoy watching wrestle?

There's lots of people who can do that, it's all a matter if the WWE pushes them correctly.

Look at how many Iron Man matches there are? 6. Who would of thought after Bret Hart vs HBK there would be 5 more Iron Man matches. Hell! There were 2 before the Hart vs HBK one.

When you put down specific circumstances like that, don't be surprised when nobody fits the bill.

I mean, I can genuinely enjoy a lot of people wrestling. But on that level? Probably Jericho and...Well...That's about it.

If someone big came down to here I'd probably go just to see them, but truly enjoying it? Less certain.

So basically, what Aqua Cactus said. Except nobody fitting that bill. Jericho's the only guy I can really name I know I'd enjoy on that level.

Now, maybe I'm not giving you exactly what you wanted from this, but basically, if I heard that any of these people had a good showing on RAW, SmackDown! or NXT -- I would tune in to watch. I'm what we call a "wrestling fan," I guess.

In there, you also have some good workers like Evan Bourne, Matt Hardy, Kane, Triple H and The Undertaker who didn't make the list. That's not because I don't like them (I am a huge mark for some of them, actually), or that I don't enjoy them in the ring. They just don't sucker me into the program as well as those other guys do.

Kane and Big Show since even when both are in a creative slump, they still tend to produce good matches.

Like, I could watch Daniel Bryan wrestle a match with Hornswoggle. And ENJOY it because I'm entertained by his in-ring ability. Same with Orton. Kofi. Dolph. Jericho. Punk, Trips.

I don't ever watch WWE Superstars, but if I tuned in and saw any of those guys walking down the ramp for a match, I know i'd keep my channel locked because of them.

I'm not talking about who the WWE pushes and who doesn't, I'm talking about who do you GENUINELY enjoy watching work a match.

Motor City MachineGuns. Yeah they're a tag team but still awesome to watch, even the spot fests are interesting.

Other than that: Angle, Jericho and Punk.
