If Dreamworks produced Up (and others)

It'd be called "Balloon House" and star Justin Long and Mike Myers. The plot would revolve around semi-amusing monsters trying to take over the world and make numerous references to Animal House and Flubber.

Give the Dreamworks Treatment to other films by Pixar and other competent film studios.

I'm trying to remember who Justin Long is. Gunna look it up.

RoXer 08-23-2010 12:31 PM

Oh that guy. Okay.

BigDaddyCool 08-23-2010 12:45 PM

Ratatouille would be called Rat's What I'm Talking about. It would be a buddy movie about an overweight rat and his little buddy that is a mouse that is learning to cook. It would star Jack Black as the fat rat and Micheal Cera has the little mouse...well basically it would be about the same as Year One, only with rodent humor and the the sound track would be provided by Justin Bieber who would get a bit part as a Beaver.

Toy Story would be TOYZ and would be about a mad scientist who turns toys into evil robot soldiers. GI bro would be the main character.

That movie has already been done twice.

You say that like it would stop them.

BigDaddyCool 08-24-2010 09:50 AM

Excellent point. Also with some of the movies they already did it. Shark Tales is ripping of Finding Nemo, Antz in wanna be Bugs Life.

Jeritron 08-24-2010 10:00 AM

How the fuck did they get Woody Allen to be in Antz?

Jeritron 08-24-2010 10:01 AM

Cars would be called Carz and be more or less the same shit movie

BigDaddyCool 08-24-2010 10:07 AM

It would be shittier and make more pop references.

Blackmail.

CSL 08-24-2010 06:37 PM

I like Justin Long.

Jeritron 08-24-2010 06:49 PM

I actually kinda do too. He annoyed the shit out of me as the Mac kid, but he's had enough redeeming spots in Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Die Hard 4, Drag Me To Hell, etc.
I like Mike Myers too. Or really used to.

I don't think the joke is on them. It's a dig at Dreamworks formula.

No, but seriously, I had to look up this Justin Long feller.

Dawn of the dead

It would be called The Day We Lived and not be about a zombie apocalypse, it would instead be about some animals that were able to form a community in the wild and protect each other from hillbilly poachers.

That may be the dumbest thing I have ever wrote....it sounds ridiculous and doesn't make sense.

I really like your screen name.

For that same reason, I was surprised "Happily N'ever After" wasn't a Dreamworks movie, since it was basically a take on the popularity of Shrek.

Triple A 08-28-2010 11:57 AM

I don't know. Up had zany talking dogs and generic "action scenes" and whatnot just like any other kid's movie. Was like "just as bad/good" as anything Dreamworks has done besides the first 15 mins.

Swiss Ultimate 08-28-2010 12:00 PM

The first 15 minutes of UP were so amazing...

I dunno, I feel like UP was just better thought-out and a lot funnier than anything anyone else is doing.
