Because he appeals to the PG audience, sells a lot of merchandise, and after seeing him at a house show still gets a bigger pop from the live audience than anyone else on the Raw roster. P.S. just saying that made me throw up in my mouth a little.

Simple since Miz is MITB and he will cash-in that very night after losing the US Championship to none other than Bryan Danielsson cuz by the end of a 6-Pack match everyone will convientely be unconcscious and Cena will barely be standing yet will manage to win but then to only to lose it again.

John Cena should be in the six man as Miz is the United States champion and he'll defend his title at NOC preferably against Danielson. Cena being in the match makes sense to me and makes the six pack challenge better. I wouldn't want Miz in it anyway as he doesn't deserve the title yet and has been US champion far too long. I hope his reign ends soon. I like the Miz in terms of charisma and mic skills but when it comes to the ring keep him far away from it, though his match with Cena last night was good.

I'm a fan of Miz losing the US title to Danielson only to cash in successfully at the end of the night. A proper Miz/Cena feud would be ok but I'm pretty scared it would not end well for my beloved Miz.
