Judging by this poster:

Sylvester Stallone, named something manly like "Rick Jones", is a truck driver who recently found out that he has a son, little Ricky Morton. His mother dumps the kid on Rick Sr., which puts them in a bind financially.

So while driving a truck by day, Rick Sr. plays the arm wrestling circuit by night, eventually making it to the big time. His final opponent is Bill Goldberg, who he faced off with in his first professional match and lost. It turns out that Bill is now banging Rick Jr's mom, and the final match isn't just for the tournament and money, but also for the woman.

Speaking of wrestlers in movies, it is amazing to me exactly how many films the living legend himself Terry Funk has been in. He's usually someone's goon and he almost always gets his ass kicked/killed. If I'm not mistaken, he has a bit part in "Over The Top" as well.
