Great insight on Owen Hart's death. I hope it squashed any crappy rumours that's circulating around. The last time, i heard that vince wanted to screw owen and all those crap.

I agree. I actually saw that site like about 2 months ago, I myself was curious about it, actually wondered why no one had video clips on it on p2p, because I'd ask people if they'd seen it, and they always said they could never find it. That site cleared it up pretty well, the pictures are crap, but it gives you a pretty good grip on what exactly went down.

I remember that was one of the last PPV I saw on TV. then next week Eric bishoff blasts raw making comments like they (WWF) wanted that to happen in a newspaper. Not to change the subject but do you think they'll ever have some one come down on a wire? Also thank god he didn't fall on anyone like the fans or that ref. It looks like he went out as a hero. It would suck if he was a heel then because some people might of booed him when that happend.

Looking at that NY Post paper at the bottom of the page brings back memories. I remember I was in 10th grade at the time and I was walking to the bus stop to get to school. I'd always pass a paper stand on the way to school and I glance at for a moment as I walked by just to look at the Yankee score, which was usually posted at the top corner. Well the day after Owen died, I walked by the paper and I only glanced at it for a second becuse I was already running late. I remember seeing something about wrestling, which was odd because they never post stories on wrestling, and I remember seeing someone that resembled Owen Hart, put in the top right hand corner of the front page. The pic of Owen was so small and I was about 8 feet away, so I couldn't exactly tell it was him. I actually didn't start to think to myself that, "Hey that guy looked like Owen Hart" until I got to the bus stop all the way down the street. So I didn't stop and look at the paper or anything as I figured it was probably just a story about backyard wrestling.

So I get to school and walk through the doors to get to the 10th grade locker section and like 3 of my classmates, who knew I watched wrestling, came up to me and were like Owen Hart died last night. I thought they were joking around at first and then they told the story of what happened and my heart just sank. That was in my head for the rest of school that day and I began to realize that what I saw in the newspaper stand that morning was about Owen. Now that same newspaper came to my house after I had left, we had a subscription, and as soon as I got home that day I saw the brief tidbit in the top right hand corner and I saw the whole article in the sports section. I just couldn't believe it and shed a few tears. Later on I watched Raw and they had the tribute to Owen. Just a very weird and horrible day that was for mr.
