Seriously, I would put Punk on the tier below The Rock in terms of promos. And Rock's tier is him all alone. And it has nothing to do with him being an "internet darling". He is legitimately one of my favorite promos of all time.

Punk is great. He can really get a crowd against him. My favorite promo from him the last couple of years was when he gave his straight edge message.

Punk's promos bore the crap out of me. I like him but he should stick to wrestling and WWE should give him a manager, one that can talk not some slut ass diva.

I can see how some people would be bored with his promos, as it's more about his subtlety and psychology than a balls to the walls, in your face style. But to suggest he needs a manager to talk for him is completely ridiculous.
