His name is Huffman, but is the Boogeyman related to Harlem Heat?

The Boogeyman's real name is Martin Wright, what I remember is one day he lost a match against Kane then the next day WWE.com announced they had released him. I know at the very beginning of his career he made the final cut for Tough Enough, but was later kicked out because he admitted he was 40 years old, the cut off I think is either 33, 34, or 35, not sure. Yes, he is currently wrestling at Pro Wrestling Alliance, under the same name he used in WWE, The Boogeyman, which was started by Booker T either in 2005 or 2006.

He was using the same gimmick but calling himself The Night Crawler a while back.

I have seen some shows advertise him as The Boogie Man - a not so clever way around getting away with advertising him as such. However, some shows are still calling him The Night Crawler, so he may be using both names.
