I voted 7 Because, He was never at Randy Savage or Chris Jericho's lvl of wrestling, He never was really entertaining and i never liked him!!!

Gave him an 8, loved him when I was a kid. Exceptional talker but I don't remember his ring work as being anything special. He also had some of the worst segments ever in WCW, which is quite an achievement.

8.5, rounded to a 9..... The guy was one of the best heels of all-time, and yet I agree he was never on the actual wrestling level as Steamboat, Savage, etc., he could still hold his own.....

Solid 9. His promos are badass and he could put on some good matches.

Rounded down to an 8 he was both a good worker in the ring and decent on the mic but he's the kinda guy I like in small doses heel or face.

He made Wrestlemania the event that it was. Everybody bought the tickets to see him get his ass kicked.

Hey i actually went to a wrestlemania and he wrestled at that wrestlemania and it was lke the most boring match of the event!!!

Gave him a 7, would have been higher if it wasnt for the worst scottish accent ever.

8, amazing promos man, good wrestler, funny guy, prefer him as a heel (he was that awesome as a heel he got stabbed by a fan) than a face. would of been awesome if he became world champion.

An 8 because he's one of the originals, one of the classic heels of the 80's heyday for the WWE... Loved this guy when he spoke... One of the best on the mic and a great rival to whoever he faced... Couldn't be any higher for the obvious... Not the best ring worker...
