-When people compare themselves to others. (ie- that Egyptian guy on TUF 12 who says "I wouldn't mind being the Bisping of the Middle East.) Fuck man, don't try to be the next somebody, just be the first you. Unoriginal.

-Cage monkeys. Koschek describes this term well in one of his FIGHT! interviews.

-I'd rather hear someone say I fight because I love to fight, instead of I gotta put food on the plate. Sure it makes sense to put food on your plate (I just wouldn't say it though), but it makes you more credible when you don't need to fight for money (ie. BJ Penn).

-THE MOST ANTICIPATED FIGHT IN UFC HISTORY! THE BIGGEST HEAVYWEIGHT BATTLE IN UFC HISTORY! It's cuz they seem to say this for every fight that comes up.

that's a good one. there are like 3 british fighters i would care enough to actually know them, and i don't need to see them all at once. it puts me off seeing the ufc live over here, i don't want to pay that much money to see michael bisping.

a few of the guys on TUF 12 annoy me already. Gullotine fisherman guy and Bruce Leeroy for sure.

I'm annoyed by people being apalled by fighters certain actions after a fight. Whether he talks shit and taunts the man he just beat, or gets on the mic and strokes his own ego and sounds like a menace. After people start bad mouthing or saying how much of a poor sport he is, or how he's not good for the fight game. They fight for a living, they just got done kicking the shit out of another human being who can beat some ass in his own right. Let them say and do what they want...thats why they are there.

Well the problem with that is that most people want MMA to rise above sideshow carny level. If all the guys come off like that drunk asshole who always starts shit at the bar then no sponsors or networks are going to want anything to do with the sport. That means slower growth and possibly the eventual death of the sport. Not good.

i don't mind it. it's boring watching sportsmen be nice all the time. muhammad ali was hardly complimentary about his opponents.

I like Dana White. Well, how he is in interviews and such.

Like in MMA it's cool if some people do it. Because it's always nice to see some guys be nice and compliment. But when everyone does it... it's just repetitive and boring. We need those stand out guys like Ali was back in the day.

Like when Brock taunted Herring after dominating him, then taunted Mir after he just destroyed him in the second fight. Always good to have the mix.

So yeah... having 98% of the guys be all nice and complimentary... boring.

yeah, I agree, some people can get away with it, other just look like boring conformists trying to be PC just for the sake of being PC, like they're just doing it because they feel like they have to. Not being themselves

Post fight interviews with Matt Hamill, it's REALLY funny but makes me feel like I'm going to hell for laughing at it.
