My wife just picked up two tickets for the 3rd and final Boston show at the Garden on Oct 3rd (the night after I go to my first Sox/Yanks game) for my birthday. Sec 137, Row A. I can't fucking wait.

I saw him play Dark Side Of The Moon a few years back which was incredible. One of the best shows I've ever seen.

selling tickets for it here but i dunno. i can't imagine pink floyd being played without dave gilmour, mad distinctive guitar style.

Yeah, that would be my only worry about this. It's probably gonna be a good show, but it wouldn't feel like Floyd without Gilmour's licks.

Oh man. Just got back. Greatest concert experience ever. Not even kidding.

The band he had with him was amazing. It will never be the same without Gilmour (unless you are at the MSG or London shows...) but they sounded so fucking good.

Best part of the night: Waters' duet on "Mother" with himself from 1980. They used footage from the Earls Court show and showed it on the wall behind him while he sang. Sounded so good.
