I think I missed this part. When Daniel Bryan spit in John Cena's face in the first Nexus attack back in May/June, was that scripted?

I can't remember if that was one of the reasons Bryan was initially released. If it wasn't scripted, wasn't Cena really pissed off about that?

It was cited as one of the reasons by Danielson himself I believe. Or at least one of the things they bitched about.

It probably wasn't scripted, just Danielson getting caught up in the moment. Which, honestly, made it that much better.

Didn't they say that it was a work the whole time and he was never really released?

It wasn't a work, it just kind of turned into one.

If it was a work they'd be capitalizing on the incident.

Not to mention editing the playback footage to take out Daniel from the original Nexus attack .
