I believe the Rock one happened during the Invasion. I read somewhere Stephanie McMahon was supposed to cut him off before he said it, but she couldn't hear the Rock and missed her cue. Rock admitted if he cut himself off he'd have sounded stupid, so he had no choice but to say it.

Could never find a video of it though. :(
