Why did Nexus go after Cena?
 

Dunno if I ever missed it, was there an explanation why Barrett and co. were mostly focused on Cena more than anyone else, probably because he was the face of WWE?

go after the top guy, make the most impact

simple as that, no explanation given storyline wise

Im sure he said on the Raw after Danielson got fired that to make an impact you have to go for the top guy. Also, all that 'bigger picture' shite he kept blabbing.

I sure hope Otunga alluding to "the real reason" they attacked Taker has something bigger in mind and they don't just forget about it.
