Well since they let Koko B. Ware in the HoF....
This could open some gates to other wrestlers who never made a huge impact but were always a delight to see on tv. Who else who never made it past mid-card status could go into the HoF?
If Koko can get into the HoF, I'm thinking within the next few years well see The Bushwhackers, Jake Roberts, and The Nasty Boys in the HoF. Thoughts? Comments? Anyone you think we'll see in the HoF since they let Koko in the HoF? |
I could see The Godfather go in. He was around for a long-ass time under various gimmicks, and was always over. Also had some relatively high-profile feuds and angles as Papa Shongo.

They will put you in the HOF as a thank you for giving all your money back to them
|
Jake Roberts deserves to be in anyway. He definitely wouldn't get a 'Koko' reaction from me.
I have a sick feeling that Hornswoggle might get in one day. |

Jake Roberts should go in. Unfortunately, his hall of fame ring would be sold on ebay soon after.
|
It's weird, the other day I read an interview where HBK and HHH, while promoting WM27 in Atlante, said Goldberg wasn't "HOF material" because he didn't have a long career. They said the HOF was for people who achieved great things in the wrestling business over a long period of time. Yet Koko B. Ware is in the HOF. So is Pete Rose.
|
I don't think they should just add anyone to the Hall of Fame if they're better than Koko B. Ware. Just because they made a few mistakes with inductions doesn't mean that makes it's okay to make more mistakes. Koko B. Ware definitely shouldn't be the cut off point.

Koko was a very successful tag wrestler in the territories. It's not completely ridiculous that he made it in. HOF isn't just about WWE.

I think Jake Roberts should be counted on a different level than the Nastys or the Bushwhackers. Jake was over, and though never a 'main eventer', was definitely with the likes of Jim Duggan, Curt Hennig, etc. - guys who were WAY recognizable for their generation and could have been main eventers, 'only if'.
Especially Jake though, as he'd had that 'mainstream' appeal. |
I feel Koko was put in because of his style of wrestling not what he achieved. He was after all one of the first "high flyers" in mainstream US wrestling and was thus years ahead of his time.
But hey, don't let that get in thte way of using him as the reason 75% of westlers should go in the HoF. |
Charlie Haas. :shifty:

Is Mick Foley in yet?

like i said the last few years the midnight express and the rockanroll express need to go in an if this is the wcw year it should be this year.

A-Train.
The HOF could use a dose of Big Hairy Fun. |
Jim Duggan and Goldust for sure.
Wouldn't be surprised if the New Age Outlaws make it someday as well as the Dudley Boys |
Should Marty Jannetty be in the HOF?
He was in one of the better tag teams in the early era of WWF and part of the most famous angle in history, even if he is a laughing stock and used as a word for the weak link in a tag team. |
<font color=goldenrod>Lawrence Taylor needs to be in the goddamn celebrity wing. Shame he won't with his legal troubles.</font>
