Wishful Feuds for 2011
 

Never posted a new thread on here before, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

So 2011 is almost here. Everyone's talking about what the new year will bring, who will win the Rumble, and who will headline Wrestlemania. But what I want to know is based on the current Raw/Smackdown rosters, storyline progressions, and face/heel alignments, what feuds would you like to see happen in 2011?

I am personally hoping for a Cena vs. CM Punk feud once Punk is cleared to wrestle. After seeing the brief but hilarious exchange between the two at the end of tonight's Raw, I think something between these guys could be gold.

I'm also hoping that a Miz/Morrison feud will happen at some point, as I have been waiting for years for that. I don't really care if the WWE title is involved or not, I just want to see these two go.

CM Punk VS Triple H

I'd love to see some rivalry based around CM Punk/Daniel Bryan/Kaval

Undertaker/Sheamus or Wade Barrett: I think it's time that they start brining this feud back to the idea of building new stars by putting them against the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. The groundwork for Wade feud are already set up. Taker was burried alive by the help of Nexus.

Kaval/Rey Mysterio: With Kaval no longer teaming with MVP for obvious reasons this seems to be a money feud to do.

Alberto Del Rio Vs. Edge: Edge will just have to spear Ricardo Rodriquez claiming that he is stupid or steal Alberto's car for the same reason. They already fought a little bit before Survivor Series for Edge to get contendership for Kane. So, either Edge wins the World title at TLC and this becomes the championship feud aftewards.

-Triple H Vs. Sheamus (Part 2:) Building off the old feud now it's King of the Ring vs. King of Kings.

-Miz Vs. Cena (part 2)

-Dolph Ziggler vs. Daniel Bryan: Ziggler drops the IC Championship to somebody and then switches to Raw to claim the "top" secondary title since its on the main brand. Had the best match of the 2nd half of the year and a great series of matches afterwards. It was great but it had no build up or anything. Continue it and give it some more time to develope.

CM Punk Vs. Randy Orton: Punk questions Randy for his numerous problems with drugs maybe? Or his smoking? Sort of like the good feuds he had Rey and the great feud he had with Jeff Hardy.

John Cena vs. Daniel Bryan: Two opposing styles and fanbases colliding, building off their past together (Bryan kicking Cena in the head; Cena bringing in Bryan for Team WWE).

Alberto Del Rio vs. Christian: "Hey, Albert. Remember when you broke my arm?"

Alberto Del Rio vs. Edge: "Spanish ring announcers are stupid." SPEAR! SPEAR! SPEAR!

Edge vs. Christian: Basically just really want to see this as a full-blown program.

Edge vs. Christian vs. Alberto Del Rio: A combination of all three men.

The Undertaker vs. Wade Barrett: Surely there is some reason Barrett had The Undertaker buried, right?

Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz: It builds off their feud this year.

John Morrison vs. The Miz: I'd like to see these two go at it in the main event.

John Morrison vs. CM Punk: Morrison seems to be pretty anti-thesis to CM Punk. They've had a program before, but I'd like to see this go further.

Natalya vs. Gail Kim: Turn Gail Kim heel out of jealousy, and just let these two slug it out for the title. One of the best women's matches the company could put forward.

Natalya vs. Beth Phoenix: See the above.

Tyson Kidd vs. Evan Bourne: I think these two would have a natural ring chemistry, and a series of matches between the two could be pure awesome.

Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes: With their history together, a pissed off and face Ted DiBiase trying to mutilate Rhodes could be...interesting.

Cody Rhodes vs. Rey Mysterio: I think they would work well together, and I'd be interested in Rhodes trying to unmask Rey Mysterio. It'd give Cody's metrosexual gimmick a darker edge.

Cody Rhodes vs. Goldust: Why they have not already done this, I do not know.

Cody Rhodes vs. Kane: One thinks of himself as gorgeous; and the other is pretty damn ugly. Perfect feud, as long as Rhodes is the one antagonising it. Could be used to sort of move Rhodes up to the next level.

Jack Swagger vs. Triple H: Do not ask me why; I just think they'd have interesting chemistry.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Big Show: Dolph works really well with larger guys. It'd be an interesting match-up for the Intercontinental Title, to say the least.

I'd rather Wade, Sheamus and McIntyre form a stable, with Regal acting as a mentor. They could dominate against the top faces throughout 2011.

I do think that Sheamus vs. Triple H, The Feud: Part Deux could actually be what cements Sheamus (even further) as a major heel for the WWE. He's already at steady main event level, but I think it could, ironically, be like Mick Foley vs. Triple H from early 2000.

Hornswoggle vs Ricardo Rodriguez... nah, fuck that.

The fued I really want to see is WWE vs TNA, but TNA cant get they're heads out of they're asses long enough to pose any sort of a challenge to WWE, so i'm just gunna wait until that company implodes and watch another half-assed invasion storyline.

In FCW, of course.

The Usos vs. NOBODY
I would like to see the Goldust vs. Ted Debiase jr. continue... maybe fuding for the million dollar championship
The Rock vs. Sheamus wold be the funniest/ most awesome fude ever.

David Otunga vs. A wet paper bag in a feud that would culminate in a 60 min. Iron Man match. Though I feel the paper bag would get the victory, it would be nice to see Otunga have a fighting chance given their skill sets are equal.

Jeff Hardy vs. Drugs, with Jeff as the heel and the drugs as the fan favourite hoping he falls off something while high and puts himself out of wrestling.

Matt Hardy vs. WWE, Matt shouting at the TV at guys who have his push while chowing down on take-out, kind of like Stiller at the end of Dodgeball.

Luke Gallows vs. Credibility, every time he hears a bell he loses more self respect.

Alex Riley vs. Highway Patrol, he no sells the breathalizer.

Mr Anderson vs. Kurt Angle, winner gets a WWE contract and goes back to decent booking.

Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan in a rest-hold HIAC match.

(I know this isnt the purpose of this thread but still) I would like to see Goldust turn heel and align himself with Cody. He could keep the gimmick of Goldust, "beauty" and the beast, or go back to being "Lonestar" Dustin Rhodes. He'll be Cody's back up/ big brother and take Cody to that next level.
