How many tpww posters actually watch TNA Wrestling?

I am just mad curious to know. The participation in TNA threads is horribly low.

VSG 01-10-2011 11:47 AM

If a ppv match is hyped, I watch it. That's about it.

XL 01-10-2011 11:50 AM

Dunno if I'd say "religiously" but I do tend to watch it on a weekly basis. It's become much harder to find it on YouTube as of late though.

Xero 01-10-2011 11:51 AM

I only watch the PPVs for the chat.

GD 01-10-2011 11:54 AM

I used to watch it when the Samoa Joe/AJ Styles/Christopher Daniels feud was hot.

loopydate 01-10-2011 11:56 AM

I read results online and if it looks like there's anything interesting going on, I'll watch. So, generally, no.

Used to love the old Fox Sports Net stuff, and I watched a couple of the weekly PPVs, but it's lost all semblance of what made it interesting to me.

This. Or if there's something I'm really interested in on the ppv, I'll check it out. I've given them a bunch of chances in the past, and while they have some good matches, overall, I just can't get into the product at all.

glanville6 01-10-2011 12:02 PM

I'm like loopy. I read the spoilers. Usually laugh at them.

Schlomey 01-10-2011 12:02 PM

I catch Impact in small doses on occasion and I usually watch the PPV's via stream.

MoFo 01-10-2011 12:05 PM

No.

Hopefully they go bust so all their 'stars' go to WWE.

DaveBrawl 01-10-2011 12:06 PM

I watch Impact, but I'm not paying for it or wasting bandwidth on the ppv's, and I seldom post in the threads. Same as I do with WWE and Raw.

Xero 01-10-2011 12:10 PM

To follow up on my last post, I kind of follow. I watch an Impact if I'm really bored and will skim the spoilers. But even the things I want to see I tend to miss. Like the whole Beer Money/MCMG series. I do plan on going back and watching them eventually, but I haven't gotten around to it. I just now got around to watching one of the Kim vs Kong matches.

I think they have a great roster and decent to phenomenal wrestling, but when it comes down to it, the writing completely kills it for me.

Hardkore Kidd J 01-10-2011 12:14 PM

I don't watch TNA for the same reason I don't watch Smackdown anymore. I used to get Spike but then my cable company took it off. I'm sorry but I will not pay extra just to watch TNA and Smackdown. I sometimes catch TNA on Hulu.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-10-2011 12:18 PM

I can't find Madison Rayne's new theme song on Youtube. It seemed really catchy when I first heard it last night.

bigslimjj 01-10-2011 12:34 PM

Every week. i like my wrestlers to smoke.lol

Haze 01-10-2011 12:37 PM

Every couple of weeks I will realize that it's Thursday and Impact is on. Doesn't help that every couple of weeks TNA drastically changes the directions of some of it's talent.

Corporate CockSnogger 01-10-2011 12:40 PM

How many TPWW watch any wrestling?

Rammsteinmad 01-10-2011 01:10 PM

I watched it back when I still had Sky, but I got rid of that in 2005. Since then I still follow the shows and used to watch it on Youtube or Dailymotion, but as someone said above it's pretty hard to find TNA on these sites now.

Though to be honest, I haven't followed TNA as much since Hogan and Bischoff joined. But I still read PPV results.

TheAdamEvansFan 01-10-2011 01:11 PM

I should really start watching TNA more often as I enjoy the WCW feel.

I also understand those diehard TNA guys who miss the 6 sided ring and the young cruiserweight focus.

After reading the Genesis Spoilers, I probably will begin to watch it.

It was just hard to see Dixie at ringside and for everything to still be "real shoots". I heard she is gone :P

ooTin 01-10-2011 01:17 PM

I DVR it.. read the spoilers and fast forward through to the good match.... yeah usually only 1 or 2 good matches....

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-10-2011 01:28 PM

Can somebody explain why "Bully Ray" happened?

GD 01-10-2011 01:43 PM

I really dislike Abyss. I can't bare that dude.

CSL 01-10-2011 01:45 PM

I have been watching regularly for about 2 months.

But Hulk Hogan said he is the next John Cena? How can you not like something Hogan backs, especially when he is comparable to one John Cena? And he's a monster!

I agree, Abyss is a nobody, and never will be anybody.

I went to an autograph show a few months ago, my brother and I bought a VIP bag, where you get a random ticket for a random signer, and he pulled Abyss. He was super pissed. The promoters finally traded him a Billy Williams ticket.

Anyway, the charge for Abyss was $20. The line was very short, I assume only other winners were in line for him.

I love TNA and watch it religiously. I really think it's the best option out there. I know many disagree with me, but it has everything I look for in wrestling. I love the action packed, unpredictable nature of its shows. And I love its roster. For me, it could not get any better.

Are you an attitude kid?

Rammsteinmad 01-10-2011 03:06 PM

TNA does, and always has had, an amazing roster.

Tazz Dan 01-10-2011 03:18 PM

I'll watch the PPV's sometimes if it falls on my Monday off. Depends on the card I guess. I only watched yesterday because I was hoping what happened did, so it was worth it.

Purgatory 01-10-2011 03:27 PM

I watch if something 'big' is going on. I wanted to see Genesis last night just to see the title taken from Jeff Hardy. Yeah, Matt Hardy showed up and got a win over RVD apparently, but we saw this a mile away. Jeff is there, Matt was bound to show up sooner or later.

We can bet Matt won't be following Jeff to prison, though.

But yeah, very casual.

Team 3D had "one last match" against MCMG and when they lost Ray blamed D Von. He keeps taking cheap shots on him and started intimidating smaller wrestlers.

So I guess to answer your question, yes I do watch Impact but like most people I flip back and fourth to somethng else

The One 01-10-2011 03:41 PM

I watched religiously...and then the MEM got really stale really quickly and I checked out more or less since then. I occasionally will YouTube a MCMG match if I hear a positive review of it, but for the most part, I have no interest in fallowing them anymore. But I also have no interest in fallowing WWE anymore. Basically with wrestling I'm stuck LIVING IN THE PAST!

TOVO Fact: Tovo hasn't had a glass of white wine in years.

Emperor Smeat 01-10-2011 03:54 PM

I watch it occasionally but usually follow the spoilers or news from shows every week. I end up watching more of a couple of matches or segments than a whole show for TNA.

The Gold Standard 01-10-2011 05:34 PM

TNA Stinks

RiX1024 01-10-2011 05:36 PM

I only watch it on YouTube and read results online.

Nicky Fives 01-10-2011 07:08 PM

I watch every week.....

tjmidnight420 01-10-2011 07:18 PM

Watched most of the PPV last night. First time I'd caught any TNA since early last year. After watching, it'll probably be early next year before I catch another show.

The Pope 01-10-2011 08:05 PM

The main event was actually not bad at all. Best Main Event (without Kurt Angle) that's actually been good.

Dorkchop 01-10-2011 11:56 PM

I did just before they got their tc deal (it was shown in French) and I think up until shortly after Christian Cage left. After that I watched it casually, but I don't remember for how long because I've stopped watching it all together. I think I've watched a couple of PPVs since my "no Impact" was initiated.

Lara Emily 01-11-2011 12:00 AM

I watched one PPV that was enough for me terrible

Aguakate 01-11-2011 01:33 AM

...I voted for Casually.

And by "Casually", I mean like, I'm at home on a Thursday and It's 9:45pm or so, and I'm flipping the channels, or looking through the TV Guide channel to see what's on, and I see Spike TV and see that TNA Impact is on, so I flip over to see what's going on.
