We've been kicking around the pros and cons of heading to Coachella this year. This bill gets a major, major "pro" from me, but Big Audio Dynamite might tip the scales toward me making the trek. I got to see Strummer before he passed, I'd really like to see Mick Jones as well while that's still a possibility.

Go. Anyone, go. If you consider yourself a fan of music in general, you owe it to yourself to go to Coachella at least once. The atmosphere is amazing, and even if you think the lineup isn't phenomenal there's so many smaller bands that you're bound to find a few to like.

I have lived in LA for 12 years and have never gone. This might be the year. I do hate that they force you to buy a 3 day pass though. I'm going to try to get work to pay for it.

Flogging Molly are the only band on that line-up that I wonder consider going to see.

I would kill to go to this. But I can't. Besides the fact that money is ridiculously tight for me, it's directly in the middle of exam season. In fact, I have an exam on the 2nd day of the festival. Can't do it.

Who has exams on Saturday??

The University of Windsor.

The Breakfast Club, if you count an essay as an exam.

Is that even possible? That's a shitload of bands, I'd have to think that there's at least one more.
