So I was trying to take a break from selling on eBay and use Amazon for a bit. I have sold two games so far, both reaching their buyer fine and in the condition as described. Here are the two feedbacks that were left, along with the fucking description I typed so they know what the fuck they are buying before they fucking buy it.

Description #1) Disc only and in mint condition. Ships same day with Tracking.

Feedback #1) I still wanted the case for the PS3 version


Description #2) Disc only. Does not come with case or manual. Disc is in like new condition. Also does not include EA code. ***Will ship out same day.

Feedback #2) Bought game whiched was described like new, which would intail original caseing and manule. Did not come in original case, did not have manule, and did not have online code to connect online. I had to pay extra 20 dollars to be able to use the game like new. False advertisment

Luckily, buyer #1 only left me a 4 out of 5 star positive rating. Fuckwad # 2 however left me a fucking negative.


So now no one will buy from me, because I am an asshole who tries to scam people and false advertise. I cannot win at life.

Its a crapshoot dealing with those people on amazon. I had to deal with an idiot seller previously.

But buyers... they obviously can't read and all they saw was "like new" so they assumed stuff would include everything without reading the description.

I'd say list it as "good" that way they'll more than likely check out the description and not expect the original case and manual... or as that guy said "manule"

Challenge the rating by showing the product description to ebay. They will overturn it since you didn't scam them.

Amazon will handle it if you ask them to. What he has done is definitely libel. If you were fully upfront with your description of the item he has no right to defame your selling profile in this way.

You also said you feel you are losing revenue because of his negative and incorrect review of your services. That's libel with damages. You could sue him.

I would contact Amazon Marketplace about this as soon as possible. If the buyer doesn't change his review and if they can't do anything I would seriously think about talking to a lawyer.
