Who stands out currently in WWE?
Who has either a look, gimmick or style that stands out to you? Someone who isn't just another WWE wrestler.
|
I'm not sure if they could realistically do anything with it now because they've pigeon holed him into a comedy role but Santino is really something special. His comedic timing and his charisma are off the charts. The Cobra is kind of silly but I'm willing to let it go.

John Morrison. In terms of look and style anyway, needs to do something about the bland babyface gimmick.
|
Brodus Clay, I really like him.
|
Really starting to get into McIntyre lately, i like the way hes finding different ways to setup his DDT and looking a bit more ruthless.
|
SPOILER: show |
I'm enjoying Jerry Lawler for like the first time ever. For the first time in ages he seems like he's giving a shit, and he's been pretty entertaining at the table and in the ring as of late. Bad news about his Mum passing, shame he probably won't be on Raw tonight on the last Raw before one of the biggest match of his career :(

Punk is my main reason for watching at the moment.
Others that hold my interest are Morrison, Rhodes, Del Rio and Miz. |

Homegrown: Kofi, Sheamus, Ezekiel, Zack Ryder
Aside from them and the wwe vets, would say I'm pretty big on the Miz and Daniel Bryan. |

Orton, Barrett, CM Punk, Morrison, Kingston, Gabriel, Ryder, Bourne, etc.

John Morrison and Daniel Bryan were the first two who came to mind. Morrison just manages to amaze more and more these days. Bryan is an amazingly gifted wrestler, who just happens to have this "bland" thing about him.
Alberto Del Rio is another guy, too. Whether by design or his own performances, the man just seems so natural. He manages to play a cowardly heel whilst also seeming like a legitimate bad-ass. He's got movie star good looks, while also having this natural appearance about him. There's just this depth to Del Rio that really lends him gravity. The same goes for The Miz and Kofi Kingston. I don't really know what it is about them, but they stand out to me. There is nothing they do badly, and they are always so entertaining. I think Jack Swagger could be up there too sometime soon. |
..... The Rock
|
Alberto Del Rio

Alberto Del Rio, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Miz and Wade Barrett for me, and on a side note Big Zeke intimidates me.

Edge by far........then a tie between The Miz and CM Punk.

but you're right, the talking/personality part is boring. something tells me that if he just put on a mask, he'd be money. |

Edge has, almost covertly, gained so many championships and accolades, it's pretty fucking impressive. Considering his first world title seemed to take too long to happen, he's done incredibly well. And in terms of the actual thread... http://www.wrestlingyard.com/wp-cont...ber-5-2010.JPG Kaitlyn stands out to me... She's Attitude Era hot in... well, the PG Era. Where the hell is she anyway? |

The guy's not your typical mexican wrestler. He's tall, good on the mic, has awesome charisma, and doesn't stick to the "luchador" style (high flying and all that shit). He has a better chance of becoming a main eventer, and staying there, than did Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio, based on all of the above things mentioned. |
I enjoyed Del Rio on SmackDown! this week. Coming out and looking dapper in a suit, swinging his scarf around.
