Wat if A.J. Styles?
Aj styles is my third favorite wrestler behind sting and rvd... If he went to the WWE would he b n the main event picture or midcarded.... My gut feeling Is he would b n the same position John Morrison is n
Probably be in the midcard. He would be below John Morrison's current character for most of his career.
He'd debut in a Chris Jericho sort of way -- the WWE would promote him as a big deal, but then they'd let him cool, because pushing him to the moon as soon as he arrives gives TNA more credit than the WWE would ever like to.
Once the taste of TNA is washed away from Styles, he'd be free to move up to the main event...in time. Then you have the problem of Styles' positioning on the card, his size and his ability to cut a promo all coming down as factors. It'd basically be a "when the timing is right" thing after that. |
Superstars
Well, he's 32, so I don't think WWE will be interested in him.
No one has made fun of this guy yet? Fellas, you're slipping. :nono:
He'd get buried, give him a lame-ass southern boy gimmick and put him on Superstars.....nuff said.
Yeah, I suspect they'd do a bit of word play with his name.
Like "Always. Jolly. Styles." and give him a happy gimmick. |
AJ Styles would not get a hyped debut and would never reach the dizzying heights of Christian and R-Truth.
They would just never sign the Vanilla Spot Fest Midget
nXt.
He would be the token indy guy that Cole trashes at every opportunity. (see - Danielson, Kaval) |
WWE should hire him and give him a IC/US title push just to stick it to TNA, and then fucked if I care wat happens to AJ
He'd be a notch above Evan Bourne.
Who's Evan Bourne?
Exactly.
He is a bland spot monkey and would be treated like one. Oh and your top three wrestlers are AJ, RVD and Sting? Are you retarded?
where is Evan Bourne anyway?
is his 'push' over? |
Bourne has been injured for abou four/five months. Should be returning shortly
I think AJ is a great wrestler but I dont see him ever being anything more than one of the top guys on SmackDown if he were to ever jump ship...
And by "top guy", you mean jerking the curtain on Superstars.

Pretty sure all those drugs make Jeff go from bland to five full bottles of Mrs. Dash.

I was just getting in before someone else :p
You do realize that "in" is a pretty short word and there's no need to shorten it even more?
Same goes with "be". Why didn't you shorten "is"? |

I don't really understand all the hate for AJ Styles.
He's been one of TNA's most consistently entertaining performers for a long time. His matches in the X-Division against guys like Christopher Daniels and Samoa Joe are proof that he can go in the ring and not just be a "spot monkey", as so many are claimimg him to be. He's had Iron Man matches that have been absolutely stellar. The guy has a great repetoire inside the ring and is an incredible asset to any company he's a part of. I would love to see AJ go to the WWE. He has a great look and while he's not the best on the mic he has incredible charisma inside of the ring. He's FUN to watch. Rey Mysterio isn't the greatest on the mic and he's one of the WWE's top guys. I think AJ could be like Rey in that respect. Not only that, but matches against guys like CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Evan Bourne, Rey Mysterio and even The Miz could be absolutely stunning. I don't know if it will ever happen though, unless TNA goes under. AJ has been there from the very beginning and I think he'll stick it out with TNA until the very end. He is getting older and the time frame for him to enter the WWE and make something out of himself on the grandest stage of them all is getting smaller and smaller. But I think that one day we will see him in the WWE and he will be one of their best guys. |
