A movie about a killer rubber tire named Robert, bumbling cops and..er..um..you'll have to watch it for that.

Saw the preview for this on HDNet Movies and its going to air 3/30 at 8pm, the night before its "in theatres" although apparently some places you can get it on demand now.

Cant wait.
