I need help with MvC3 and redeeming a code.
 

For whatever reason, the redeem page for Jill/Shuma Gorath onMarvel vs Capcom 3's website will not load for me. Or my irl friends. Like I'll go to register an account then it takes me to a blank screen and then nothing. Getting pretty annoyed because I haven't been able to get my special edition DLC for like 3 weeks now.

So I'm looking for a volunteer to help me register an account and redeem my code.

Any takers?

Seems like a common problem from what I'm seeing, but I also see no responses from their tech support. Very unhappy with this.

What browser are you using, and have you tried another?

Tried Firefox, IE and Chrome.

He kept hitting refresh till it worked. Unbelievable how shit Capcom's online stuff is.

Anyway, I'm going to be out for several hours. Plus you would all destroy me. Have yet to sit down with this for more than 15 minutes here and there.

Yeah like Funky said I just kept hitting refresh and it eventually just loaded up after 3,4 maybe 5 tries. Even after entering Funky's code I had to refresh a half dozen times before it came up. Of course after that I was afraid the code it gave me might not work because maybe it submitted the code several times. I was expecting to get the code emailed to me, but no it came up on their site.

Naturally though as soon as I finally got an account registered for him it started raining hard and my connection died so it took me almost an hour to get his code back to him. If anyone else needs me to try to get there DLC for them let me know I'll try it for you too.
