Was Hulk Hogan inducted into the WWE HOF yet?
 
If so, who inducted him? What year?

Stallone was picked mostly due to Hogan being in Rocky III.

It's kind of sad Stallone inducted him instead of Vince. I mean with their history and so on you'd think Vince would be the prime candidate. But no, I wasn't watching wrestling back then so I can't fully comment.

He wanted SLY to induct him because Stallone picked him to be in Rocky BEFORE he was the superstar Hulk Hogan. He believed in him and saw something in him.
