NHL: 1989- Calgary Flames (winner) vs. Montreal Canadiens
NBA: 1996- Chicago Bulls (winner) vs. Seattle SuperSonics

Rangers vs Canucks.

NBA - 2003: Pistons (W) v. Lakers

NBA: Bulls vs Jazz, 1997 Finals. Jordan's Flu Game cemented his greatness because as sick as he was, The Jazz still couldn't stop him.

NHL: Avalanche vs Devils, 2001 Stanley Cup Finals. Ray Bourque lifting the cup was the most memorable moment of the whole series.

Horoable Mentions - Celtics vs Lakers during the 1980s since they were all that good with maybe 1986 as the best. I was too young during this time to watch and remember but looking back those were some of the best Finals of last 20-30 years.
