Hogan vs Sting again?
 

Ok so I'm sure we've all read the news and heard or saw about how they were teasing a Hogan vs Sting match. While I know a lot of us are probably over it, I think TNA/Hogan has an opportunity to 'apologize' for Starrcade '97 and every other bullcrap match those two had in the past. Of course a few things would have to happen here:

-If the match takes place at BFG in October, Sting would have to lose the title before then.
-Both of them would have to get in gear and at least try to put on a good match considering their age
-Sting would have to win clean

What are your thoughts on this potential match up?

I love TNA but Hogan/Sting would be awful.

But I don't think that's what they're going for, they're going got Mr. Anderson/Hogan which is only slightly less bad.

I bet the entire idea was all Baldgan and Jerkoff's idea.

This match will be amazing so long as Hogan goes over clean. I'm sick of Sting always hogging the spotlight and holding people down, and it's time for Hogan to get a clean pinfall victory over Sting to make up for the mess that was Starrcade 1997. Plus Hogan could really use rub.

This is gonna put TNA on the map for sure! As long as Sting can get his act together and get in shape, the guy can barely move, and I'm kinda saddened for Hogan always having to carry people to a match that can be considered watchable.

You know now that I think about it, it almost makes sense that Hogan would have pinned Sting back then....Sting hadn't been in the ring for over a year, so other than being extremely pissed off in the story, he shouldn't have had much going for him.

Im sure all the little stingers and hulkamaniacs will be waiting for this match with bated breath.

Because people will pay to see it, no matter how terrible it might be. And giving them a match hardly hurts the talent backstage. It's one match on a full card. We just saw Sting and Hogan play 2nd fiddle last night to 5 TNA Originals going over in the main event.

It's not that big a deal.
